I've been using the free sim account of a specific broker (whom I won't name atm) for i think about 8 months.
I'm just wondering whether I have out stayed my welcome
The free account was initially for one month and at the end of that month and several months afterwards i would be emailed by the appointed minder (broker) to ask if i would like to continue my free trial.
Of course i took up this offer. Then over the last several months I would email them asking for an extension which was granted with out a problem.
Then at the end of March I emailed them about 6 times in total, to their support desk, the minders and the sales staff email addresses looking to extend the trial.
I have not had a single reply from any of them. and figure I may have pushed the friendship too far?
Since then I have taken up an offer with an alternate broker.
Just wondering what you do, how long for and do you pay to trade on SIM or just use a free account?
Sorry don't know how to add a question like this to the poll. So,If you are using a free account, who is it with??
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I think no one will open you a free account to use the data. You can find a broker with a low minimun account size, funding it, and then withdraw the money, ask if there's inactivity fee.
I think you should out them for ignoring you after all the business you do with them... and let them know if they don't treat you better you will take your business else where... that'll show 'em...
