I don't know what situation is now, I recommend not use PATS with Ninja. Placing orders using JTrader which comes with PATS, is ok. but with ninja i think you are looking troubles. Couple years ago ninja didn't support historical data.

Those two offshore brokers ask sweet fees.

JTrader/NinjaTrader works the same way in that they both interface to the Patsystems API. I am not sure what trouble you are referring to but Patsystems was one of the first interfaces we wrote to back in 2004. It's solid as a rock. That being said, Patsystems does not provide historical data thus this is a disadvantage to other technologies we support that do provide historical data.

Thats not true i was using ninja and pats and lot problems placing orders i was contacting ninja lot of times and also my broker.
It was very frustrating time, Ninja didnt work well with pats, so I started trading or placing orders using JTrader and no problems at all.
Ninja was blaming broker and broker was blaming ninja. and I lost money. so that was my solution.
