Don't use EOD data from IB for the following reasons.

(1) The data is second class. Shows the last instead of the settlement price.

(2) Depending on time zone NinjaTrader cannot display the data correctly, but causes a mess (4 days per week, or Sunday bars)

(3) NinjaTrader 7.0 comes with free Kinetick EOD data, which is much better. You can first-connect to Kinetick EOD and second-connect to IB. When doing this NinjaTrader takes EOD data from Kinetick and intraday data from Interactive Brokers. Works without problems.

Yes, but Kinetick and french stocks ? I haven't tested, but I'm not very optimistic...

You are right, they do not have French stocks, as DTN/IQ does not support Euronext. So back to Yahoo or ProRealTime.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Unfortunately, Kinetick does not handle the Euronext market.
Btw, I will use MultiCharts!

I think I'm gonna take the esignal feeds.
Has anyone tested/tried it? Is it good and reliable?

Has anyone tried Google Finance on MultiCharts too?
Maybe it's not so bad for EOD data? Have you an experience feedback?

I used eSignal some years ago for italian stock too, is a professional data feed, I think it is reliable.
Anyway u can take 1 month trial and test it.

Thanks a lot for all these answers!

Not so easy to have correct feeds for euronext. Poor french traders ;-)
I'm going to test esignals and I will tell you.

Btw, I'm really curious with Google Finance EOD data.
If someone has tested... Please share your experience ;-)

For EOD data, eSignal is really too expensive. I'm not using MultiCharts, so I have no idea if Google Finance or Yahoo Finance quotes are available, but their are good enough for this.
And IB is not as good as some other data providers, but if you want EOD data, not tick/tick, it's good enough.
Fat Tails don't like it, but he's a data feed integrist

I'm not integrist so if it's not big errors it's ok for me !
Thanks to everyone, it's still cool to have multiple points of view!

PS: It seems you're french too?! I'm not alone
