Best direct real time futures tick data API

Hi all - I'm trying to find information on futures (CME) tick data APIs. Everything I have found so far seems to be either data plugging into a charting tool or some type of client that accesses data for me (e.g., IQFeed). Does anyone have perspectives / ideas about services that provide real time tick data on futures through a directly accessible public API (without any mediation/clients)? THANK YOU!
