Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.
Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers. 6) Help using the forum? Watch this video to learn general tips on using the site.

I don't use optimus, and does not subscribe to mattz's emai list/blog. That's why I find that post beneficial from a non-customer/potential customer point of view.
I also fully understand the policy against vendor self promotion, but just feel it's overly harsh in this specific case.

@shzhning Thank you.
The last post (from my perspective) was just to show some progress we have made between the integration of Rithmic and Sierra. Quite frankly, We don't have many ways to show our progress rather than sites such as this, because our main resources are reinvested internally in technology and process.
Having said all that, I understand that it is hard to maintain a forum and in general brokers may seem to be overly aggressive in pursuit of customers. Therefore, there rules at times can not be bent or broken despite the limitations it may bring.
In the future, we will try to bring this to trader's attention either via our forum and/or social media outlets that are within our domain. I don't want to have "self-promotion" attached to our thread.
Thanks,
Matt

What about server managed bracket orders? Is this link below update? And how does historical daily data work with Rithmic (with Sierra)? Do we have to get IQ feed for that?
ok, so there are a few things that are unique to the Optimus/Rithmic/SierraChart package.
We do provide historical charts for our users, and server side OCO over Rithmic.
As far as server managed bracket orders, this is something that Rithmic and Sierra are now discussing.
I suggest that also consider R-Trader (free with Sierra) if you wish to manage your bracket orders.
In my personal opinion they way they implemented it is very advanced.

Is that Sierra's historical back fill service or something unique to Optimus.... for the Rithmic backfill (historical charts you spoke of)? And what is the fee structure on that if you are talking about something different than Sierra's service.
Last question. Is there a discount on the Sierra monthly fee with the Optimus/Rithmic/Sierra package? I thought I read that somewhere. Thanks,
Historical data for SierraChart is provided by SierraChart from their own servers for Optimus users. There is not any additional fees for this historical data other than the standard SierraChart platform fee.
The monthly special for Optimus users for Sierra is $27.5 (instead of $40 per/month) for Package 5.
