So far less than stellar customer service in just asking basic things.

Interested in Infinity because they offer discounts on Sierra chart.

Any advice and or other places offering similar setups?

I have been using them from Last 3 years. No issues so far. Sierra chart has been best so far for me.

I looked at them for a while as a potential broker and since I'm a Sierra Charts user, it made sense.

However, their lack of server side order execution was a deal breaker for me, not sure if that's changed or not.

I am trying out their practice account now and having several problems with their dom , orders not going through etc. . Server side executions are still not available for oco and like orders , so that is a concern for me also . They claim there isn't any problems with the live trading dom .

Lack of server side OCO was also a deal breaker for me

It hasn't

Patrick told me that would change at some point in time and that's been well over a year ago.

Not sure why they can't get it done? It's standard in the industry, at least with the other 2 brokers / FCM's that I use.

I opted to go with Optimus. The customer service is the best I have found. Mattz is on this site and the reviews are excellent.
