Just received following email
Quoting
Following a review of market data policies and pricing across all
CME Group exchanges, we are announcing the following update to the fee schedule to the market data license agreement. This includes an increase to the Monthly Real-Time Professional Device Fees from $85 to $105. Please refer to the Schedule 5 for a complete list of all CME Group 2018 market data fees.
Fees effective April 1, 2018
In early Q2 2018, CME Group also will begin charging fees for market data distributed through CME Direct. Customers using CME Direct for trading will be eligible for fee waivers based on their trading activity. CME Group will communicate final details on the availability of fee waiver programs by the end of Q1 2018.

Hasn't it taken effect for you already?
I think the fees already took effect for me for the Jan 1-31 billing cycle. +$100x4 for risk management systems.

The Monthly User/Device Fees for Professional's go up in April. Maybe the others went up earlier.

Looks like they're roughly doubling the fees across the board for 2019, will be curious to see what it looks like for retail traders.

Yes, this is what Dorman is doing
Quoting
Effective January 1, 2019, Dorman Trading will add $2.00 for each exchange data feed being subscribed to. For example, if a customer subscribes to the
CME and
CBOT , they will now be charged $14.00 per month instead of $10.00. Please note that this charge will only apply to non-professional traders.

How do Dorman justify that?
The document @artemiso attached say the increases apply from July 2019 not January.
But more importantly the non professional fees have not changed eg to use Dorman's example of a customer subscribing to CME and CBOT . The current fee is $5 each, the new fee is unchanged at $5 each according to the document Artemiso attached, so how does Dorman justify $14?
Might be time for you to find a new broker/clearing house.
I have for along time been subscribing to the CME Top of Book bundle for $3pm via AMP Futures and I see that price is also staying the same per the CME document.

You're right Steve, I had forgotten that, when I asked my broker, they said this was coming from Dorman, not the CME.
Apparently it had to do with increase in complexity of regulatory compliance.
Quoting
We want to bring to your attention as global exchange data fees continue to escalate, there is also a continued escalation in the time and effort that Dorman Trading must make to comply with all of the filing and remittance requirements.
Just to make it clear, it's $2 additional per exchange , so in the example above (two exchanges), instead of $10 it would go up to $14.
My broker said that for those who pay $15 for the bundle, the bundle would increase by $6.
Apparently Gain Capital have increased fees as well.
