Could anybody point at some variants of brokers?

It says 24/7 support, under the CTS Trading Screen link, on that website.

I mean no 24h support for some 3rd-party partners.
It's the self-made situation and no need to discuss it.

Thanx.

So, who is using CTS, who is your broker, and how do you like it?

Interested in the same, and in how reliable people have found it, in terms of lag/delays/problems/uptime? Not many CTS users here?

I've been using CTS T4 for a few weeks now with no problems. Some trader friends switched to it 6-8 months ago and have zero complaints. They all came from TT, and I went TT > CQG Trader > CTS. For me, their DOM trader is the second best DOM out there (behind TT). I cant find anything else I like.

Just to update. Still using CTS T4. For the money I think they have a decent product, but I have to be honest, I find it to be rough around the edges in some regards, and it does get on my nerves.

A few examples:
-Cant change charts to EST. I mean, come on.
-Theres a remove all studies button on the top of the charts. You cant disable this. I have, at least 3-4 times, hit this button by mistake and deleted charts that have *a lot* of support/resistance levels I use.
-Cant make custom spreads. Only exchange traded spreads are available.
-When the dom is in 'centered' mode, where the price moves around in it and the ladder doesnt move, but you cant scroll the ladder. AKA I cant move the ladder to put a stop above or below whats view-able on the ladder. This really sucks.
-You cant compress the ladders. AKA I cant view CL at 90.00, 90.02, 90.04, 90.06, etc. This also pisses me off.

For now I am dealing with these issues, but I am considering going back to TT. Unfortunately that means I need to get a charting service and pay exchange fees again, so its an expensive proposition.

Hi,

you could try Sierra Chart with CTS as data feed. Perhaps you find the charting and the DOM from SC better.

Regards,

Malvolio
