I'm entitled to my opinion as a user, regardless of how that may make you feel as a vendor of that product.

Reliability is the #1 issue with an execution feed IMO, more so than speed or accurate tick data.

In terms of reliability, Rithmic has gone downhill.

My opinion based on my experiences.

I have replied to your initial response to help you with a set of procedures, not to get into a "feed war". Your issue was updated trades that did not reflect in your account, and this is not the feed but the back office integration. Maybe your broker has better integration with your preferred data. I also reflected my own personal experience with Rithmic which is based on our current user base.

I do not want a feed war either, but your original reply is general in nature and not specific to my issue, which is that Rithmic currently has an issue with some orders that did not reset and are showing incorrect positions and account balances.

While I appreciate your help and good intentions, they are however not applicable to my current dilemma

I just got off the phone with Rithmic, and they have admitted to a fault on their end. I can apparently have my broker manually update/override this as you mention, but this issue did indeed originate with Rithmic.

I am happy it will be resolved, We typically do that for our customers.

We have received the notice from Rithmic that there was a batched failure with certain FCMs.
No such errors occurred on our clearing or reported, therefore I thought it was a back office file uploads and synchronization that has occurred on your account only. I did not want you to think that I defend anyone blindly.

Nevertheless, I feel that Rithmic is rock solid company and provided us with rock solid support and foundation for our traders.

It is clear that you did not bother to read my initial message, nor any of my replies.

You were certain of what happened when it was not the case, but that didn't deter you.

I have been a Rithmic customer for several years, and they have had a lot of issues this past year, period.

You said you were done replying and I have asked for nothing from you, yet you continue on and on. Is there a point to all this from you? Are you so desperate to prove yourself right that you are willing to look like a jerk on a semi public forum?

Either way, are we done?
