I just got these response from NT customer support, they said the NT Platform only support six brokers now. Does that mean NT will terminate all the existing brokers except the "six". If this is correct, this is a big change and I am confused.

Could someone clarify.

Attached are the email from NT:

Hello William,

Thank you for your note.

You can see all of our supported brokers here: Brokers | Futures, Forex and Equities | [AUTOLINK]NinjaTrader[/AUTOLINK] Ecosystem

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Sincerely,
James

Hi James,

But that page only shows six brokers - IB, FXCM, etc. I thought the platform support others brokers too?
Or you now no longer support other brokers except only six.

Hello William,

This is correct, these are the brokers we currently support.

To clarify, in addition to the 6 listed, there are many brokers (which is why it states "and others") that can support NinjaTrader. We don't always know who may be able to offer the NinjaTrader platform.

This is very confusing. This is contradicting to what Ray has PM to me. He said there is only six for new clients.

see message below.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to me directly.

- With respect to Canadian accounts, our clearing firm made this decision to close all Canadian accounts due to stricture guidelines put forth by Canadian regulators, we did communicate this via email and I have no explanation why this email never made it to you...for this I am sorry

- We are have limited our brokerage options for new clients, existing clients will always have access to those brokers and technologies available to them at the time of their purchase

This is a new fee from CME Group and does not change any other details/charges from your NinjaTrader Brokerage account. As your Introducing Broker, NinjaTrader Brokerage is simply informing you of these fees that are coming direct from the CME Group. The exchange is going to be charging all traders industry-wide that are enabled for CME Group exchange market data (regardless of clearing firm or introducing broker).

The reason for our communication was to help NT Brokerage customers avoid any unnecessary charges. In this email, we are providing a process to reduce these fees by selecting only the CME market data you need to receive for your trading.

If I have got IQ feed would it be possible to cancel all CME fees at NinjaTrader Brokerage and only "use" NT Brokerage orderfeed?

Yes - if you have an alternate data feed, you can turn off market data at NinjaTrader Brokerage and simply do execution through us (avoiding CME market data fees through NTB).

My wife has a small account at Etrade and is going to close that account.
She would like to open an account with Ninjatrader and use my Lifetime License (multibroker) to trade occasionally.
(probably once a week or so)

Can she open and account and use my Lifetime License to trade her account as long as I'm not using the software?

Will she be able to get the special RT pricing?

Thanks

Would this apply to trading a personal account and a professional account simultaneously? Paying for just one exchange data fee?

Hi DavidHP,

NinjaTrader licenses are specific to an individual and thus your wife would need to purchase her own license.
