is OEC/Global Futures an ECN Forex Broker?

I am thinking of opening a Spot Forex account with Global Futures (which uses OEC), but I am not sure if they are ECN or Market Maker. Any idea?

We clear through OEC as well and a Spot Forex account with OEC is Market Maker.
