today feed was out for 16 mins what's worse I could not contact AMP's trade desk it just kept ringing .The best I could get from AMP's live chat (after a long wait )was "It seems CQG has a problem" luckily I did'nt lose on this outage but I have previously (mostly it's out for 1-4 mins) this kind of service I don't need
I can accept some outages will occur ,but when it happens I do expect the trading desk to PROMPTLY get me out of potential trouble
Can anyone recomend a futures broker with a good feed AND good backup
Apparently the problem has to do in part with "connection sensitivity". According to this post, Version 22 will address the issue for NinjaTrader users.
