No ICE trading with Mirus/Zen-Fire

No ICE trading with Mirus/Zen-Fire

After the mandatory Ninja update to 7.0.1000.17 that Mirus sent out, there is no way to trade on the ICE exchange until they can figure out a fix. Mirus said they are working on it, but nothing yet. I email Ninja about it and are told it's an issue from Mirus, not them.

Are there any other Russell traders here in the same situation, waiting for this update? Would love to know I'm not alone here on this pretty huge issue.

I am not a Russel trader but I had a similar problem with EUREX. There was an subscription error or something like that.

I downgraded to v16 till there is an official update from NinjaTrader.

Good Morning,

i have similar problem with globex markets.. I updated the NT to .18 relaese but every charts ( 6B 6E 6A etc.. ) doesn't "works"...
Anyone else had the same problems ?

After all of the issues of the Zen update and mandatory NT update and 4 days of total frustration, I installed a multibroker license on my NT... I thought that I was pretty smart as I use both Mirus and TOS. I connected NT to TOS (tdAmeritrade) and then found out that td Ameritrade does not support Futures trading with NT.... so I dropped back and now have two accounts at Mirus with have one connected with Zen and the other with BigTick. I am hopeful that I can have a reliable connection through BT while the Zen issues are resolved (if ever). This has been a traders nightmare!!!

You may be able to switch to BT if you are through Mirus.... and keep you fingers crossed... I am not feeling very good about Zen.... it seems that they have lost the magic formula.

You know that Zenfire is BigTick resold?

Having both Zenfire and BigTick is not going to give you any redundancy.
