@CTS1, if we get to this today great, if not I will try to attend tomorrow and ask live.

The T4 mobile interface is pretty good. Primarily I would want to use it in an emergency situation--power goes out, and all I have is my mobile phone with internet, for example. I would think quite a few others would want to use it for that purpose as well. With that in mind, having a "Flatten" button somewhere would be a great idea. No fumbling with orders, etc., just log on and get out.

What do you think?

There is a "Pull All" button on the top right of the orderbook.

I assume this pulls all orders, but does this close all open positions?

Correct, this is not a flatten button. I can request that addition.

Thank you Brian -- it's one of those things that might come in handy only in emergencies, but when it does, it could save people a lot of loss.

Chris, Velocity resigned a few months ago so from my end they are good to go. Our auto spreader should be available in the next couple of months.

Thanks Brian

I got an answer this morning, for anyone else interested; it should be a short while.

1. If a spread has negative values than you should be able to enter as you would a positive number. I usually see negative numbers on the mini dow spread and was able to enter those values. Please look at this again and let me know if it is still an issue.

2. Yes you can definitely save this feature. After selecting Advanced from the main properties are you then saving the layout?

3. I will pass along this suggestion

Thanks Brian

Thanks for the reply Brian -

1. Nope. Still no good for me. NatGas M13-Q13. Quote is currently -73 bid, -74 offered. Try putting in a bid at say -78. It wont let you with the order ticket. This example isn't a big deal as I can use the scroll buttons. If my price is far away though, then it becomes a pain.

2. OK Sorry, I wasn't clear. Basically, I sometimes use GTC's far away from the current market (thus the issue #1). You're right that I can save the Advanced ticket type, but what I really want to do is save the field Time Type in the order ticket so I can select GTC straight away without having to go to the Properties drop down, click Time Type, go to the ticket, select GTC from the drop down.... I've tried selecting the field in the ticket, saving the profile/desk top, closing down, fire up, load the profile, and unfortunately, although I can select Advanced fields, Time Type isn't saved in the ticket. Are GTC's really Advanced? I would have thought your broker desk customers would be using these orders all the time.

I imagine these aren't high priority issues for you, but they would go a long way in making the platform that bit more user friendly.

Thanks,
D
