I have been using Mirus/Zenfire for about 3 months and never had any problems

Resurecting this old thread.... I have seen almost daily disconnectons on Mirus / Zenfire. The disconnections dont last very long - typically a few seconds to about a minute.

I have DTN iqfeed also connected to same instance of ninja and it is rock solid always.

I am beginning to think Zen is not as reliable as they claim to be...


When I call support at Mirus its always my issue - nothing is ever wrong with their technology.

I had a few Zen/Mirus disconnects yesterday in the first half hour of the market open. In general though, I don't experience this very often.

I've had good connection here in San Diego with Mirus/ZenFire (Internet with Time Warner).

Connection with ZF via Mirus here in New Zealand has been 100% since I logged on at 6.18pm USA ET on 30 December

Having some connection issue right now (since CL inventory report). Connection signal remains green, but numbers on DOM constantly remain unchanged for like 10 seconds, or even longer. Anyone experiencing the same?

@zcui,

Don't feel so bad, you are not the only one. I have ZenFire but directly with Dorman. I have had this issue twice today so far (one in the middle of a trade). Disconnected twice and freezing screen.

Fortunately, I have TOS open also was able to monitor the price action.

If Zen Fire has been OK for others, this may be a broker issue, if you also have Dorman (Mirus uses Dorman and RSG).
