I trade Options to harvest premium . As such, I trade with the expectation of price staying within a range , but not caring if the direction is up or down.

It depends on your time frame. I day trade the ES and a pullback is about 5 to 10 ES points . If your holding time is more than a day a pullback may be 100 ES points, all depends.
