In recent months I found meditation to also help me with my bad habits of impulsive entries and just making bad entries. I would recommend to all who are involved in any high stress jobs...
That sounds like a good use of hypnosis to help with trading.
I saw a hypnotherapist to help me with bad habits, impulse trades, that sort of thing. But it didn't help. Mainly I think because the therapist seemed more focused on their own version of what they thought was important, ie. a sort of holistic approach to being more positive and 'happy' generally. Like i say, it didn't work, and seemed to make things worse. I think if you found someone who understood what was happening it could work well though. Self hypnosis would be worth a go.
I meditate most days, and it definitely helps- mood, perspective etc..
1. Hypnosis with quick thinking and another with I have a good memory. watching those videos was time well spent.
2. I also meditate to this day, Although differently since 2015. I bought 3 cd's that put you into the meditative state as though you were meditating for years very well done.
