Movies or are fine occasionally however it is too easy to get distracted and miss a setup. Remember you are working. If you were an expensive & motivated store security guard, would you be watching a movie?
I find it best to just keep my eyes on the screen(s) and listen to an online audiobook or debate/lecture with no slides.
Develop the patience to simply observe the ebb and flow of price, a little more every day. Neuroplasticity will equip you with unconscious competence in price-action sooner than otherwise.

You have several options, depending on your intention.
A. PA watching
B. porn surfing
C. movies
D. meditation
E. market research
F. webinars at futures.io
G. arcade at futures.io
H. music
...and many other choices.
Whatever you do, having at least two screens is an imperative for trading, with min one screen devoted to PA at all times.
