I'm seriously not a morning person and California time zone is challenging for me. Evening is the best time for me when I'm awake, sharp, and can multitask quickly.
For now, rocking out with headphones and a scheduled nap. Would love to relocate to asia and trade in the evening.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Why don't you relocate to Greece? Good wine, healthy food and the perfect time zone to trade all US markets (NYSE opens at 4:30 PM local time). Living costs are likely to remain moderate during the next years.
im living in california, and I am def not a morning person myself, more noctural. The most important thing for me is to take that nap during lunch time for stocks.. other than that, i actually prefer living here. Im up at 6am till 1pm, after that, i have the rest of the day for myself while other people are stuck in an office. I usually go to the beach on friday afternoons, thats something you can't do anywhere else( perfect weather here practically 360 days a year )
My timezone is Eastern Standard Time. I use to trade during the early part of NY session which was great. Nowadays I trade during London session and have had problems keeping myself alert as well. I find that when I'm aggressively scalping, adrenaline runs through me and time seems to go by fast.
still having problems with this although i am not as bad as i used to be thank you all for your feedback
i have also found that kelp and spirulina supplements go a great distance in improving my energy levels
as well as very long and frequent walks
