Thanks for posting this great interview. I especially like what Dr. Gary Dayton had to say about stepping back and observing your thoughts while trading. His interview reminds me a lot of a classic book from the 70s called the Inner Game of Tennis - one of the best books I've read to understand trading psychology even though it was written literally for tennis players.
