What visualizations to you use when you see yourself being materially abundant?
The other day 3 men came into Timmys wearing identical tshirt and pants - like a uniform.
On the front was "fighting Calcums" with picture of an Irish leprechaun and on the back Jackson 3.
I inquired what the T-shirts were about.
"Our friend's son has cancer and these are in support."
-What kind of cancer?
"Leukemia"
- ouch, not good
"No not good"
- Don't forget to pray - when all else fails
"I pray every day"
-Here's a little trick when you are praying for him -see him as fully recovered, happy and in compete health. Most people make the mistake of praying for someone and seeing them sick."

Get your game face on - rehearsal
1. HALT are you Hungry anxious, looney, tired ? you need every ounce of your being with you.
2. Do lots of rehersals of trade situations both positive and negative so you are ready for anything. = make them vivid
Use a bio-feedback to help you reduce negative reponses you want to get rid of and enchance postive responses you want to increase.
Positive imagery - where you are acting in your own best interest and on traders you respect. Mentally imagery follows the same neuropathways but in reverse - see it and then do it. (lots of science - CAT scans etc)
Before your trading seat have a trading ritual. Tap your bat on the plate -reduce your anxiety. something that you associate on relaxation.
To help you stay in the moment - "am I acting in my own best interest" Focusing on doing what is right not about being right.
Per define your risk and truly embracing that risk - accept the risk before you trade. A losing trade can be impowering is you have: traded according to your trade rules, trade parameters, when you have a real edge, and you have true self-confidence because it provides you information about where the market is going.
I was speaking with an elite basketball coach and had shared with him a little about the prep for the trading day and asked him for his ideas as he does it in basketball.

Elite basketball players go through a pre-game warmup. They take shots getting the feel of the ball, the backboard and the rim. They start close in doing easy shots from the right side and left side and slowly work their way further from the net.
By the time they have finished they may have taken 60 to 100 shots.
This professional coach recommended for traders:
1. Before turning on your screen - go through each of the different situations (setups) you might face and know what your actions will be for each.
2. Also review your list of trading rules.

Find things in your life that already bring you pleasure.
Each time you are in a state of well-being you are attracting abundance to you.

Forgiveness is the Antidote to Failure
If we forgive ourselves we release ourselves from self-recrimination
Self-recrimination damages our self-esteem.
Self-esteem takes 10 positive reinforcements to be over-ride one negative cut to our self-esteem due to our ingrained negative bias preference.
We need strong self-esteem to over-ride the negative experiences of the market - it is the armour to deflect the slings and arrows of the trading occupation.
Our strong self-esteem improves our P&L by allowing us to:
1. Focus on our process not on the market outcome.
2. Approach our trading with equanimity - market outcomes are not grading our self-esteem.
3. Our self-esteem is independent of profits and losses
"Transformation of the intangible impulse of desire into the tangible reality of money calls for the use of a plan, or plans. "
This is from think and Grow Rich. I think that in a key factor is in this quote.
It that the first step - on the material plane - the first step of bringing energy in matter is the creation of a plan.
It is the first tangible.
I have been listening to Bob Proctors videos on creating and watch several over the last few days.
There seems to be a cumulative effect, a synergistic effect of studying the same material presented in different ways.
Also I have been faithfully doing the meditation each day.
I have already noticed many extremely positive things happening.

Many people do not truly understand the important of persistence.
They may know the story of the light bulb but not truly catch the meaning. Then they might easily tell someone else involved in a great endevour to "give up".
Why?
What great achievement have they created they feel that gives them the right to tell someone else to "give up" their life's endevour? They think, if it can be called that at the most superficial of levels.
While the Universe gives eventual success to those who intelligently persist (adapt and continue to persist), there is nothing guaranteed to the those who quit.
Persistence is the ability to continue in the face of difficulties.
A hallmark of character is the ability to persist. To those who persist far beyond where the weak-willed quit the great achievements of history lie.
hi aquarian! If I may - I'd turn the sentence above on its head and say that, while success is not guaranteed when persisting, probability of failure is 100% when quitting.
