John and TST huge help

I've found their program and approach to greatly shorten the learning curve in futures trading. This community on futures.io (formerly BMT) has also been critical in my development as a trader. Appreciation all around.

changing combine end dates and wrong trade reporting

first I am a big fan of topstep with them for 1 1/2 years

At the end of last combine they changed the end date!

Did not give me credit for last day of trading which would have given me credit for a rollover

I have the orignal email stating combine ends 6/6 at 3:10

On 6/6 morning the account page showed 6/6 end day

Then after the close it showed a 6/5 end day combine fail with not credit for 6/6 that would have qualified me for a rollover

Sent topstep a email will see how they respond If they fix it I will repost RIGHTAWAY

Can't belive they would do this! Are they having troubles??

I realy thought topstep was one of the VERY FEW NON SCAMS OUTHERE:

I'm working with TST since late 2012, and I never experienced any problem which TST support didn't resolve very quickly.

So I really can't say anything bad about them, especially their support is great, they are quick, very helpful and responsive. So I'm sure that TST will resolve your issue to your satisfaction...

If you could take a step back and examine your post for a moment, do you think it would have been more fair to TST to simply wait until getting a response from them about your situation before even posting this to the board?

Seems a little premature on your part to write anything that would damage/question their reputation until you at least worked through your situation. Wouldn't you agree?

Is there really any harm or downside to waiting until your matter is resolved before posting?

But no credit for 6/6 trade that would have qualified for a rollover

Sure looks fishey. I am a big fan of topstep and my real money account has improved while in the program

You might also post your issue in a thread that TsT monitors. Michael Patak, the head of TsT, reads and responds to posts in the following thread, and he has always struck me as someone who wants to get the right thing done:

With the many people who have done Combines and with their experience with them, I don't see that TsT is at all fishy. They aren't perfect and can certainly make mistakes, and maybe not even fully correct their mistakes when pointed out to them... but I don't see them as deliberately seeking to do wrong by their Combine users to take any advantage of them.

So I would suggest posting in that thread and seeing what @TopstepTrader (Mike Patak) has to say about your issue. No reason not to go to the top, when he makes himself available.

They are fixing it right now, so I was a little premature. This was the first time I had errors on a combine.

Allways check for errors, just like you do with your real money account!

Topstep is a great program. Why would you day trade your own money. Prove you can do it!
