Pretty sure FCStone or StoneX (as I think they now are called) do, one of their brokers pitched an interesting California Emissions Credit yield trade to me on it a few months back.
Access to a lot of the non-traditional ICE markets (ie Not NYBOT, IPE, LIFFE but S2F which is mostly the non Brent/Gasoil energy products) is generally rather limited. Probably need to be thinking FCMs that focus on prop traders and bigger trading accounts rather than retail orientated FCMs. Advantage Futures, ED&F Man are two more that jump to mind. I think you will find that after finding a broker who will clear it, your next task will be finding a way to execute trades!
The following user says Thank You to SMCJB for this post:
Thanks, this is actually exactly what I am looking for. These credits seem to offer a pretty solid yield, with a built in CPI+5%
Would you mind telling me who there pitched this to you, so I can contact them? PM would be great, or if you want to post here it is fine as well Looking around their site it's hard to find anything on these credits or any structued products they offer around them.

This is (or was, haven't checked recently) one of the higher yields out there. The highest I know of is Bitcoin. Jan/Apr bitcoin on ICE is 700/830. That's 13 weeks. Jan is trading 23175. You need full cash to go to delivery and cash for margin on short when Jan goes to delivery which is 37%. So about 31500 for the trade. That's about 2.4% for 13 weeks, or 10% annualized!
