Is there a scanner out there where I can load in multiple symbols and have it scan for specific price action I am looking for on each candlestick while it is forming?
Specifically I want the scanner to be able to alert me to all candles that has retraced over 70% of its move (measured from open of candle), at least 80% into the time period of the candle (so at least 4m into a 5m candle, for example).
Then ideally I would be able to combine this with other criteria, such as % move in the last X minutes, or volume relative to 50-period average.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on futures io?

For what platform?

I currently trade on TradingView, but I wouldn't mind having a separate scanner. I don't mind switching platforms either.

Hi @sheldonxp
If you are looking for another platform you might try TC2000 or StockCharts.com. I believe both of them have real time scanning and allow you to write custom scans. TC2000 allows you to view multiple charts at the same time.
Edit: You might also want to look at TrendSpider. Its a newer platform. Not sure of the capabilities though.
