Practicing off historical data like DVR

I'm wondering what the options are for practice tools that replay historical data as if it were a DVR player, where the candles pop up just as if it was live and you make trades as if it was live. I'm not looking to backtest a strategy, just practice 'in the moment' trading when the markets are closed or in the evening when the action is thin.

I think ToS has something like this ("thinkOnDemand"), but I believe you need an account with them to use it and I'm in Canada, and they won't even look at us. I can only use the ToS demo when markets are open.

Oh goodness, I see Ninjatrader has this. Didn't realize their tool was the 'DVR' style I was looking for. Disregard!

For NinjaTrader, it is called Market Replay and you can download data on-demand to replay the charts as if they were live.

Yes, I watched a tutorial on Youtube on how to get it all set up and I've been practice trading for hours. Downloaded all of March, April and May. It's an amazing tool!
