dxFeed Retail Data Feed?

Has anybody purchased the dxFeed retail product? I didn't know they offered
a retail product until I stumbled on it browsing the Bookmap site. I haven't been able to find much information on it. I'd like to be able to access the data programmatically via Python or Java. I've been able to get data from the dxFeed provided by my broker using the CometD protocol but would prefer to have my own feed to run independently. Not sure if this retail product is the same as the feed they provide to brokers.
