Corrupted Candles in Charts

Hi guys, since this month I frequently got corrupted candles in my charts !! Any timeframe, any underlying. Refresh or restart doesn't help. I reported already to IB but no response yet. Does anyone experience the same problems ? BR Peter PS: Cannot add screenshot since I got only 2 posts.
