CME order routing through TT has gone down three times this morning.
I'm very understanding about software hiccups, but this is getting a little out of hand.

TT has had some server problems recently.

They’ve started to release details about the incident.

@SMCJB sounds like you will be able to hold onto xtrader longer than anticipated.

Here’s the updated postmortem saying that existing xtrader users won’t be forced to transition until they can be confident in the new software.

Thanks @addchild. I've heard elsewhere XTrader decommissioning has been pushed back from Dec'19 to Apr'20.

Amazing that a 3 (they say 6?) year old product isn't stable!

Saw this last night in a Vanity Fair article on Tesla/Solar City and immediately thought of the TT parallels.

(off subject: Good read, amazing that they can get away with what appears at first glance to be something not in anybodies best interest other than Musk himself. Would have thought the board liability was huge. We will see.

Every time I get a notification that somebody has replied to this thread I'm hoping its somebody from TT.

On subject @jokertrader as you know, on top of my multiple XTrader subscriptions I pay for historical (excel addin) downloadable data and pay a lot more than the numbers you mention for it!
(On a tangentable subject I have discovered an R API package that will allow me to download it directly into R).

this excel addon in excel is working with TT together ? or it is 3rd party?

TT RTD Documentation and examples; I have just started working with TT RTD but not new to RTD (been working on CQG RTD for a while now).

Frustrated with the lack of sample files with TT. Yes there is documentation and the sample RTD file works but thats all i found. If you change one value, take out one column in a formula, many times it doesnt work. TT should provide a lot more sample files and some scenarios.

Dont get me wrong, TT is a great product and value for what it offers but would be great if you have someone in TT say produce example files, excel dashboards that can be taken and modified etc.

For example, If I need fills for the outright legs in a spread product grouped by entry/exit etc and by fill date, would be good to have a template.
(Note: I did try for several hours and just modifying a value from the provided documentation produces an error and have no idea how to fix it. If there were more formulas/examples to follow, it might be easier)
I could go to TT support but is it practical to go for every scenario that might come up.

Just a friendly suggestion if TT is watching

I will though complement TT on their mobile app. For being a new product this is pretty good even compared to some of its competitors (for futures)
