I'm not surprised. The value for what you get wasn't really worth it. You can get those charts with other software companies for a lot less. There training on the other hand might of been good, not sure about that.
Hey Everyone,
Before all sorts of rumors and nonsense start, I want to post MD's official summary response.
Over the past 2 years MarketDelta has been involved in a litigation case against us and as a result we have filed for bankruptcy protection. It was a tough decision for us to make, but we feel it is the correct choice at this juncture.
We are working with the assigned bankruptcy trustee to keep things as normal as possible while things are worked out.
We will keep you updated as appropriate. Support inquiries should be directed to [email protected].
On a personal note, I started MarketDelta back in 2003 and have loved every minute of it. Interacting with traders from all over the world and providing a valued service is what got be out of bed every day. While this is a definite setback for me personally, I expect the MarketDelta community to flourish and grow stronger. You can follow me personally at https://twitter.com/FootprintChart.
It's hard to argue against the fact that MarketDelta, at the very least, was an innovator. And that competition is good for consumers, so losing MD is a loss for the trading community.
You are one of the nicest and most decent people I have done business with.
It was refreshing to call the business owner directly, and discuss objectives in the most transparent manner while putting the customer needs first.
You stood out in your customer service, innovation and willingness to always help.
I wish you well, and this is a minor setback. We at Optimus Futures looking forward to your next phase!

Hi Trevor, I wish you best of luck and that everything comes to a good solution.
I've never used MD as charting-tool, but I know it is one of the best around the world. I've used your order-entry tool: Market-Delta Trader for a while and I really miss it (IMHO the best order-entry tool).
If I'm right CQG was your partner over the last years (I saw similar tools on both platforms), so I hope that you and CQG can continue your work in the future.
I am sure you will work your way through it, you innovated the footprint that people have copied. Whatever happens you have left a positive mark in this industry and you genuinely tried to give us a product that we could get a trading edge.
.
I could add to this. But would like to wish you all the best.
