Yes now you can intergrate IB TWS with Tradestation. But it is only for residents outside US and Japan.

When I first saw this thread I though IB and TS merge or something like that... I was like wow nice as I do use IB and TS.
But now I get, just wondering how this really is going to work out as it was pointed out that you can not use the historical backfill from TS. As TS has reasonable good data and IB do not.
In the past there was a partnership with IB and MultiCharts where you could use MC for free or for a small monthly fee if you need custom studies, it seems really great but when you need it to work with historical backfill forget it, simply unreliable due to IB market data policy. So the partnership did not last very long, TS and IB join probably is going to have the same future.
I guess you all know by now all the IB data issues, limitations and policies, it is simply unbelievable to be able to work properly. IB could well improve their platform and services for retail trader and investors by offering reliable data such as IQ Feed offer, to their customer for a small monthly fee and on the top of that offer some sort integration with other programming languages like python where you could write custom studies and strategies all inside TWS as TWS is not bad per se. So TWS with reliable market data and historical data where you could use python for your studies and strategies that would be nice.
