You might try putting up a new post every day or couple of days detailing progress toward your goal.
That would keep the survey thread more in view. With all the threads on futures.io (formerly
BMT ), it's easy for anything to drop off people's attention and be forgotten unless it shows up more often.
A full two-cent suggestion.
Hope the survey works out well. (Yes, I filled it out, totally painless and non-intrusive.)

Agreed, survey was pretty straightforward. 53 questions sounded like a lot at the start but it was not too many after all.
