I'm really new here but I have a question for this community.
I have experience in stock- and option trading, but thats only based on simple basic principles like TA, Fibonacci, Elliot Wave, etc.
To make it a lot more professional I want to buy a trading system but does anyone know which are decent sytems (or have the folks here at Big Mike's all self-made systems?) ? I've heard about MTPredictor and Mohan's Boomerang Day Trading.
Do some of you know if these are good systems and/ or do you have some other suggestions for a good trading-system? I hope to hear from you.
Thanks in advance!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
To my way of thinking , if you have a system that works for you , why would you sell it?
You are much further ahead to develop your own system. One that you are comfortable with and trust.
If you have a system that you don't trust you will probably give up on it after a few losing trades.

Yes, @deaddog has got it "dead" on - the best strategies are the ones you create yourself. The trick is knowing how to do that correctly.
Plus, once you create one strategy, you'll want to keep creating more and more. Trading multiple uncorrelated strategies will allow you to be diversified, and that is the closest thing to the trading Holy Grail that I have ever found.
Dont know about the predictor thing but i do know the boomerang one from mohan is not a system in the automated sense. Basically its a collection of a rake of indicators that you need to babysit until you get the "signal". Then you have to decide whether to go or stick!! Kevin is bang on. Do your own. Its quite a slog but wayyyy better in the long run. Plus you will learn a while lot more along the way instead of gazing at someone elses lights and bells...
