Currently I am using Tradestation, but a exploring other options trying to find software that would be more capable of automated trading at a portfolio level for a basket of symbols. I currently am trying the 30 day of the MultiCharts because I was under the impression it could do this but cannot seem to find out how so. It has portfolio level backtesting but so did Tradestation. Any recommendations, preferably with software that offers trial period, please let me know your thoughts and experience.

Thx

haonkered,

Portfolio Trading is available in Multicharts 9 Release Candidate. If you downloaded the official release, which is 8.7 as of now, you will only have access to Portfolio Backtesting.
The Release Candidate works fine and I have already used it for Portfolio Trading.

Regards,
