I have tested many indicators and strategies, but unfortunately nothing has led to the desired result.
Can you recommend me some good indicators and strategies with which you made your positive experiences.
I'm creating this thread with the purpose of a 'catch all' for any trading related question that futures.io (formerly BMT) members want to ask, but don't want to create a new thread for -- or find an existing thread to reply to.
In a recent survey about webinars, a lot of members expressed interest in learning more about the elusive "price action" that many traders talk about and refer to.
It is my intent with this thread to try and document price action from my point …

Whatever you do, DO NOT dismiss the recommendations @Big Mike offered. You are best served in the long run to do exactly as he suggested. That is your best opportunity for success. Assuming you study those threads and start sim trading without indicators, fight the urge to start putting indicators back on your charts. Otherwise, you will be right back where you started. After you study and maybe trade for a while without indicators you may decide that trading that way isn't for you. Don't make that mistake. Fight through that urge as well.
Heed Big Mike's response. It is no doubt not what you wanted to hear. Removing indicators from your chart is probably the furthest thing from your mind right now. You are likely thinking you just haven't found the right indicators yet. And once you do, you will be successful. Nope, unfortunately that's not the issue.
I guess you really didn't want to hear that you should cease and desist for a while with indicators and automated strategies. That's too bad. Until you come to that conclusion, you will continue down the path that bears very little if any fruit.
