Looking for platform that performance reports on manually placed buy/sell markers

Hi All Does anyone know of a platform that allows you to place buy and sell markers on the chart (the east bit) and then run the same sort of performance report that you get from Tradestation or Ninjatrader from the buy and sell signals that were placed on the chart manually ? Thanks v much !!
