Anyone trade options are the premiums the same as spreads on fx spot market or more expensive? None of the website mention what the premiums are or event examples??

Vanilla fx options are generally quoted in vol or pips. Multiply the number of pips with the $ value per pip and you know the dollar value per contract? Once you know the dollar value per pip you should be able to do your analysis.
