Hello Ron
From your long experience selling options, do you think the -2 +3, 90-120 DTE strategy could be applied to the CL futures options?
Any comment will be appreciated

Thanks for your answers.
Also to Dudetooth.

You're welcome.

No it doesn't work as well as ES. A 3 delta short is far closer to ATM than an ES 3 delta. It could go ITM.

It is safer than naked shorts.

Run some backtests on it.

You should ask questions about XLS-SPAN in the PC-SPAN thread.

What does 415'6 mean against 70.96? First one is the price of corn and the next one is price of crude oil. I am refering to ' versus .

Some places quote grains in 8ths. So 415'6 is 415 6/8 or 415.75.

I am confused about soybean aug 1300 Call which is quoting at 5'0. Does it mean $25000 (5 x 5000) can be collected by selling one contract requiring $1850 margin. Lotsize is mentioned as 5000. I am getting this info from cme

Grains are $50 per penny. So 5 cents for that call is $250.

Here's a handy website. Enter the commodity and it gives you details like dollars per point, months traded, etc.
