Is OECTrader stable enough to replace MC for live trading EL strategy?

I know that MC is good for strategy development and backtesting. 1. After an EL strategy is developed, is live trading through OECTrader reliable enough to replace MC? 2. Is the built-in backtesting feature in OECTrader reliable?
