Yeah long hours in the saddle are probably the number one ingredient to working towards profitability, watch and learn. I use to dream about candle sticks are graphs when I would sleep as I would spend from waking to sleeping hours in the saddle watching and tading the markets.

Still, my wallet has hurt alot more than my bum !

Yeah I have been at this (trading) for almost 7 years now and I had a very sedentary job the 3 years previous to that, so it has been common for me to be sitting at a computer for approximately 12 hours a day for about 10 years now.

I am not sure if my 'bum problems' stem from my recent chair changes or from the accumulation of years tied to a chair.

I find that a good daily workout and a comfortable chair will do the trick for me even though I spend sometimes up to 8 hours sitting.

Being new to futures, I can definitively use the screen-time, but it can't be good for my health -so far only my bum is complaining

Yes, but is it affecting your bottom line?

Those kneel-chairs are really good, although I'm using a rotatable stool at the moment.
