No fair posting this while some of us are on diets. Pizza itself doesn't have ti be fattening, but finding healthy ones are not easy. Have to make it yourself pretty much.
There is a contradiction between organic and frozen pizza
Organic=Healthy
Frozen Organic mass product= UnHealthy
There is also Unhealthy ethic playing with the words product of Italy and made in Italy.
To my philosophy quality is better than quantity so you can eat reasonably any (not frozen) pizza if it's made with the right ingredients. If you don't have time or don't know how to make it go to a good pizza restaurant.
Lean Cuisine has a line of healthy pizza's. They are small but they come with a metallic heating pad that goes in the microwave and browns the bottom of the crust. You will never mistake them for restaurant pizza, but if you're on a diet, they fill a need.
I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.
