I have just ran into a new SyFy series, the execution is pretty good considering it is such a small network. The music is also excellent:

"The Expanse is an American space opera / mystery science fiction drama television series on Syfy, based on the series of novels by James S. A. Corey. Set in a future where humanity has colonized the Solar System, it follows police detective Miller (Thomas Jane), ship's officer Jim Holden (Steven Strait), and his crew as they unravel a conspiracy that threatens peace across the System and the survival of humanity."

The first episode:

Finally Amazon has finished and released the whole series of Mad Dogs. This is the American version of the UK original, that had 2 seasons, I enjoyed it much. There is one actor who is in both versions.

The story is 4 best friends visiting a friend in Belize, where things suddenly go South and they get into deeper and deeper shits, like murder, drug lords and such. Glorious beaches, boats and houses, I like these kind of adventures, Belize is probably similar place where Big Mike lives...

Here is the trailer:

Tonight is the start of OJ vs. The People on FX.

I think we're getting this, over here, a couple of weeks behind you. Our next one will be the fourth episode, but I think you've seen five episodes already?

I'm enjoying it greatly. It's had mixed reviews, over here, though. Specifically, there's quite a bit of criticism of Travolta's performance as Robert Shapiro as being "over the top", but my guess is that it's actually pretty subdued, compared with Shapiro's own everyday behaviour.

Courtney Vance is particularly good, as Johnnie Cochran.

I think Shapiro was like that. (that idiot actually asked for a vote if anybody on their team thought OJ was guilty) The story is pretty much spot on, what really happened. There are a few little inaccuracies like Kato wasn't there watching the slow chase with the family, and obviously some made up conversations, but other than that, it is history. I mention this for younger readers.

The shot when they showed Fuhrman admiring his German memorabilia was priceless.
