Well Prison Break is one of the best. Really enjoyed this one when it was on. Keep watching And instead of Spartacus you may want to check Game of Thrones if you haven't yet.

Spartacus was good especially season one with Andy. Unfortunately he died from cancer and was replaced in season 2 and 3. The guy relaxing him was OK, but just wasn't the same.

If you are easily offended by extreme violence, language or nudity this show is not for you...

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.

Yeah prison break was great! I guess it eventually had to end since there are only so many things they could break out of. Along the same lines 24 was pretty good too. I was hooked on that for a while.

As far as current shows I like Person of Interest. That guy can kick some tail! Blue Bloods is pretty good too.

Use to like Blue Bloods, just got boring. Got really into Southland, don't know if it is returning or not, but a really good cop show.

That's funny. Blue Bloods is about all the excitement I get on a Friday night with 4 little kids at home.

Boring may have been a bad choice of words. Lost interest due to lack of time due to work load and family (new born and toddler).

I recently decided to overhaul my viewing habits, because I think my taste is too negative and dark.

For instance, I like Walking Dead, but in this middle of the last season I had to stop watching it because it just feeds my natural negativity. I don't need negativity if I am going to trade.

Going forward I am going to watch happy, light fluff like "Modern Family."

You should watch The Goldbergs, way better than Modern Family.
