I just started watching Modern Family and find it excellent.
I finished Weeds and really was disappointed by that show, the first couple seasons were good but man they got really off on a tangent on the last few, and I could barely make myself finish watching...
Amazon is previewing several new shows they've developed and asking users to rate them. One such show is "Betas". I watched the pilot and really enjoyed it very much.
You can see all the new shows they are testing here, watch the pilots, and give them your feedback so they know which shows to order for a full season. I assume everyone is able to watch them, but I am a Prime Member so it might be only for Primes?
I just found out Spartacus season 3 is the final in the series, and the series finale aired recently. So I look forward to watching season 3 soon, although it will never be as good as season 1.
I have Sons of Anarchy and Boardwalk Empire saved up but haven't started watching yet. I tend to start a series after its finale has aired.
I also loved Band of Brothers.
Top Gear UK is fantastic. Top Gear US is growing on me -- not as good as Top Gear UK by any means, but it is still worth watching.
As I just posted, Spartacus was great, season 1 was fantastic. I was so disappointed when I turned on season 2 and couldn't understand why Spartacus lead was different, then found out Andy had died of cancer. That really ruined it for me. I haven't started season 3 yet but will soon.
I maybe watched first half dozen episodes of S1 of Sons of Anarchy and that was as far as I got on that one. Finished Justified, pretty good, but not quite as good as last season. Just started watching the Doctor (about five minutes ago actually ), then I think movies until Game of Thrones finishes, can't wait yay! Craving new Joss Whedon and wishing the "JW" was a thing so his shows would never get cancelled.
