I eat multiple small meals a day (some meals are really 'snacks' but i consider every time I eat a meal)...The keys that I have found helpful for myself are drinking a lot of water ((8+ 8oz a day or more)...no soda)....Eat some protein in the morning with whole grains...it will keep you much more full than sugars....if you can't get around to eating raw fruits, get some V8 Fusion (the fruit kind)...

I tracked what I ate for 2 weeks on www.myfitnesspal.com because I didn't really know how much I was eating....I was shocked at my portions.....so for me, eating small meals often helps keep me full and control my portions.....switch to very lean protein (I dont' eat much red meat...mostly chicken, turkey variations of things (bacon...sausage...lean turkey that looks like beef)...some fish)......often times I will make a large pot of soup on the weekend that will give me leftovers for the first few days of the week for lunches....adding some spice to it can help you forget that it's healthy....Last but not least, get some activity to help keep your metabolism firing....

I recently started p90x last week....it's the hardest thing I've ever done...but I can already tell my body is getting stronger....it's easy to follow, you can do it right from home, and takes 52-80 mins depending on the day (6 days a week)....i Highly reccomend it....only 83 days to go ;-)

The first time I did the Plyometrics I could hardly walk for a few days.

This is a very important topic.

Aside from decreasing your risk of an early death, being healthy and fit increases your brainpower, which is a bonus for things like trading.
Fit Body, Fit Mind? Your Workout Makes You Smarter: Scientific American

Some important things I would like to add.

Stay hydrated - you should have a bottle of water close to you at all times, and drink from it regularly. Many people live their lives in a constant state of dehydration, which causes lethargy, loss of brain power etc.

Do drink water, and not juice, fizzy drink etc, as they contain lots of sugars/carbohydrates which are not good for controlling weight.

Do exercise. It cannot be stressed enough how important this is. Trying to lose weight and get healthy without exercise is more or less futile. In order to lose weight you must use more energy than you put into your body. So not only does the exercise use the food you put into your body as energy which allows you body to dip into it's fat reserves when it needs to, the exercise boosts all sorts of biological functions that make you healthier and smarter. When you build muscle it takes more energy to maintain the muscles, so doing weights workouts along with cardio is ideal.

A heart attack with a fork sticking out of it.

Haha, looks intriguing, hard to tell what it is. Fat tails can perhaps shed some light.

According to FT's description when he uploaded it, it's Currywurst.

It is indeed Currywurst. It is the favorite fast food of the Berliner. The description "heart attack with a fork sticking out of it" is quite appropriate. Usually it is served with French Fries. I am having this a few times per year only. It was invented in the '50s and is a serious competition for McDonalds and Burger King.

I have posted this mainly as an antidote to a healthy diet. Just in case that you can't stand all the minerals and vitamins of your home-prepared dishes.
