It was Saturday morning and I needed to log on to futures.io to contact another member, but there was a problem. I couldn't log on. I couldn't get on the site even to report the problem.
My only recourse was to contact support through email, and I resigned myself to waiting until Monday at least before anyone would get back to me.
I was very surprised to get a weekend response within ten minutes, and even more surprised to see that the response came from Big Mike himself. Having run a forum of similar size and posting myself, I'm aware of the amount of time required.
Over a period of a couple of hours, we identified possible sources, and got the issue fixed. I was able to log on, make my contact and set up a meeting with the member.
Big Mike deserves a Big Thank You for going above and beyond the call of duty, not only to provide support personally and immediately, but also to do so on a weekend.
I've always been impressed by his ability to put together a community that provides so many useful services for traders, but today, for me, that has been elevated to yet another level.

That is very kind, and appreciated.
As you know, some other members might have reacted differently in a similar situation especially with a time deadline. So I appreciate your willingness to go back and forth until we solved it.
That said, I am also going to report this to the changelog thread, because if you were experiencing problems then almost certainly so were others.
