This is probably the least offending place to post a non-post. I was pointed to the thread on Kim Mangalindan by an old fellow student of him, and I created an account for the sole purpose of adding my experience of his scams to that thread, but ... I need to have at least 10 posts to my name to be able to do so. So here is post #1. Kim: we're coming for you!
A single glimpse at his website makes me shudder.
All the hallmarks of scam - pics of yachts and Lamborgini's and Rolex watches etc etc etc.
All the idiotic loud positive messaging about you can do it, be a millionaire..blah blah.
