Software licences then.
Well I wouldn't touch the Bookmap one for a start unless anybody enjoys the risk of paying for it then having it cancelled.
Pretty sure most software licences stipulate no resale. I know for example. Ninjatrader and Jigsaw representatives have said the same on this forum.
Also aware from what somebody said that there may be a grey area regarding them being able to be sold on in Europe, but good luck arguing that with the company if they cancel the licence after buying it.

Regarding software licenses, we want to caution users to be aware of the terms of their Terms Of Service (TOS) and End User License Agreement (EULA) for the software, and be sure they understand the risks if the software company cancels the license and they end up with nothing.
These kinds of restrictions are very common.
