The novel is a biotechnology thriller about the unforeseen consequences of developing a biological agent used to eliminate cocaine, and involves the first female Prime Minister (yes really - it's a coincidence that we now actually have one - I wrote most of the book 5-10 years ago), the US President and his relationship with the PM, Australian scientists, investigative journalists, and leaders of a powerful Mexican cocaine cartel.

I've considered writing some trading books. I would be interested in learning more about the "behind the scenes" or "the making of" the book, if you wish to share some tidbits.
Well, several of my friends read it over the past year as proof readers and all said they really enjoyed it. Comments like "it's a high-tech novel but the plot is scary because it is so plausible" were common.
So I do recommend it on that basis, but only others can really judge it.
Sure, I can put a short story together how I did it as it is relatively easy to get a book published these days and not expensive other than the time it takes to write, edit and proof it.
Quite an accomplishment, I'm sure you are very proud!
