Dontrell Stevens was stopped “for not bicycling properly.” The officer pursuing him “thought

the way Stephens rode his bike was suspicious. He thought the way Stephens got off his

bike was suspicious.” Four seconds later, sheriff’s deputy Adams Lin shot Stephens four

times as he pulled out a black object from his waistband. The object was his cell phone.

Stephens was unarmed.

Sandra Bland, pulled over for allegedly failing to use her turn signal, was arrested after

refusing to comply with the police officer’s order to extinguish her cigarette and exit her

vehicle. The encounter escalated, with the officer threatening to “light” Bland up with his

taser. Three days later, Bland was found dead in her jail cell. “You’re doing all of this for a

failure to signal?” Bland asked as she got out of her car, after having been yelled at and

threatened repeatedly.

Big Brother is not only watching you but making it illegal to not be watched

In George Orwell's classic curtains weren't allowed on windows the state needed to watch you.
"Hey nothing to hide why have curtains?" a classic logic flaw of the compliance morons who do not understand the purpose or origin of civil liberty laws.

William Binney is one of the highest-level whistleblowers to ever emerge from the NSA.

resigned soon after September 11, disgusted by Washington’s move towards mass surveillance.

At least 80% of all audio calls, not just metadata, are recorded and stored in the US. The NSA lies about what it stores.”

“The ultimate goal of the NSA is total population control”, Binney said

“The NSA is mass-collecting on everyone”, Binney said

The lack of official oversight is one of Binney’s key concerns, particularly of the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (Fisa)

A Fisa court in 2010 allowed the NSA to spy on 193 countries around the world, plus the World Bank. There’s evidence that even the nations the US isn’t supposed to monitor – Five Eyes allies Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand – are being spied on.

so violation of your children's privacy at school isn't important.
The device can watch your children every action, record their faces and upload this all to the net. We have seen how seriously companies protect your privacy - meaning they don't give a Flying F-- as exhibited by Equifax which lost 30 million Americans private information including birthrate, address, phone number, SIN number and lots more.

Jail time for the executives - don't make me laugh in your general direction!

The surveillance police are taking over and conditioning your children to comply - becoming robots in the matrix

---------------

"the system will have to analyze everyone’s faces to identify people it will have to “keep an eye on.” So in truth, this system monitors everyone and is mass surveillance packed up to sound like security.

the propagandized version of what the system is in reality: it’s a mass surveillance tool being sold to the public as “safety” as with any human rights infringement. The system, created by Canadian company SN Technologies

San Francisco banned the technology

You bring interesting points to reflect/ponder upon - as much as I am against "Big Brother Watching You" and valuing my /families privacy - I then think to myself - WHAT IF - we did have a security camera on every street - so there is ZERO crime (We can reverse engineer origination of thiefs, criminals, sexual predators etc.) - and think it's worth it.

I may even be willing to have a public camera IN-HOME if I knew we can solve crime once and for all

One problem with mass data collection and surveillance is that innocent activities can become correlated with criminal ones. This could lead to constant harassment by the authorities if your lifestyle just happens to place you on their suspicious persons list.

Once I was pulled over in FL just for being white and driving a nice car in a neighborhood known for drug activity. I was just lost because I was arguing with my girlfriend and not paying attention.

What if it was a flight and I was on the way to a family member's wedding, or an important business meeting, or to get a critical medical procedure performed?

They pull up your file and you just happened to be searching some information about jihad and explosives recently out of innocent curiosity. Next thing you know, you're detained for a week at some black ops site getting water boarded.

This post will probably be added to my NSA/CIA/FBI file and my threat level raised 2 notches.

Do you want to live like the Chinese and lose the right to your opinions and worry about your social credit score all the time?

I think freedom and security need to be balanced.

Maybe some proactive interrogation could have prevented the Sandy Hook shooting. The kid foreshadowed his actions about as obviously as you could have hoped for.

The Aurora, CO Dark Knight theater shooting happened a few miles from my house. I talked to people who almost went to see the movie that night but changed plans.

It's a tough call on where the line should be.

I think that the fantasy that massive surveillance will end or even reduce crime. This is the sales pitch of Mass media to support the eradication of civil liberties.

Most people will follow the flawed logic of - if I have nothing to hide then why is privacy important? This is the sales pitch of police states.

Once in place the definition of a crime will morph - until even thinking thoughts unapproved by the state are crimes.

Freedom of thought, freedom of speech and freedom of movement are fundamentals to a democratic society - hard fought for my our ancestors and the battle of Hasting. Prior the only rights where for the king. The idea of rights for the individual where unheard of.

Yet a strong free citizentry is the backbone of a strong free country.

The nanny state is on your door.

you make some excellent points.
I haven't included it in this thread but Chicago has a secret police station where people are taken off the street and subject to interrogation - and sometimes die in the the interrogation.

Random IDing is terrible. It is the Nazi and Stalinistic mode

"Your identity papers please."

They will make it illegal to be out without ID papers and soon those will have tracking RFD chips.

It has been said
"If you give up your civil liberties for promise of security you will loose both."

THERE is a POINT to the CONSTITUTION. It was written by intelligent individuals who understood that in the future the right of the individual will be attacked.

Be sure and clear - this is a battle for eradication of the constitution.

The K says that non-believers are lower than cattle.
In Englands these "groomer" gangs kidnap young white English girls and subject them to rape, sodomy and every kind of sexual torture.
Then they sell them into slavery abroad.
The K allows as many sex slaves as you like (as long as they are non-believers)

Who is to say that the video captured in schools by these cameras of your little girl or boy is not sold to sexual perverts as shopping catalogues and then your child is kidnapped and off to sex slavery living a life of terror.

The footage of your child may be used to harm your child instead of protect it.

Never think that these videos of your children will be erased but they can live forever.
Who says that the uglies of the world don't hack into the the video stream?

These morons will record it and transmit it through the internet. Hacking the internet of things is apparently very easy. A clever hacker can crack it and sell the streaming feed to the uglies, the evils and perverts of the world.

Smart parents protect their children and their privacy.

Privacy no more.

It continues to push forward and people are blind to where the sequence of events is leading. That your laptop can monitor you and that hidden built-in cameras are installed in digital TV decoder boxes seems to have sparked no outrage.

When they switched TV signals to digital and you needed a decoder box to get the signal they embedded a secret hidden camera in them.

(Doesn't bother you? Doesn't bother you someone is watching you and your children in your home? Doesn't bother you that they grope you or scan you with rays to get on a plane?

no?
What would bother you?)

------------------from article ------------
Huawei and other very large manufacturers of electronics in China and around the world have become big suppliers to China’s security services.

.. [Athena] has taken this one step further. Not only does their AI detect hidden weapons, it detects and alerts to human behavior itself. It learns how people move and their facial expressions and then decides when someone is acting strangely and alerts the authorities.

political intentions start using AI and surveillance to coerce behavior and punish those who don’t toe the party line?

now long until this in-home video requirement expands to include normal, everyday websites such as social media? How long until they convince you it’s much more convenient for you to just use cameras that you can have installed in your home to protect children, assist in gaining you access to what you need, and help you increase your social credit by watching your good deeds at home at the same time?

A company called ZeroEyes has developed a system that can detect and alert the presence of even concealed weapons (*)

source:
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-06-12/just-when-you-thought-surveillance-tech-couldnt-get-any-more-orwellian

------end of article ---

(*)...and if that then everything under your clothes. Notice the flow:
1. "concealed weapons" Oh that sounds bad We should stop that.
2. Carrying a book - maybe a bible in your pack. We CAN stop that too!)

but but but... Illegal search is banned in the constitution you say?
-- Oh we did away with that! We are my Police State!

not content with spying on you through your phone, tablet, PC and TV your actions and movements and actions are monitored without your consent. Devilery drones now survellience dromes bring My Police State to you front door and private property. Though filming on private property without the owners explicit consent is illegal there is no doubt Amazon with not be charged or sued. Why not? Too rich and powerful. Plus My Police state loves recording and monitoring you at all times.

Under the standard cover of "protecting you" we bring you home survelliance drones...
[my stuff]
---------------------

----
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) could "perform a surveillance action" over the home of an Amazon customer and [everyone else]. It's .... "surveillance as a service," .... a reminder that corporate America not only wants to monitor ... your home.

A network of delivery drones would film Amazon customers' homes from the skies while on their way to delivering packages. Artificial intelligence will observe the property for anything unusual during the flyover, such as

[bible study groups, people chatting with their neighbours, swat team progress, installing your own solar panels]
broken windows, doors left open, and unauthorized people
[ well not police unable to read a street address before shouting your daughter's dog while she and the dog were playing behind a fence]
on the property.

[George you would turn in your grave.]

This is the heartless, heartbreaking, hypocritical injustice that passes for law and order in America today.
It is estimated that a dog is shot by a police officer “every 98 minutes.”

Arzy, a 14-month-old Newfoundland, Labrador and golden retriever mix, was shot between the eyes by a Louisiana police officer. The dog had been secured on a four-foot leash at the time he was shot. An independent witness testified that the dog never gave the officer any provocation to shoot him.

Dutchess, a 2-year-old rescue dog, was shot three times in the head by Florida police as she ran out her front door. The officer had been approaching the house to inform the residents that their car door was open when the dog bounded out to greet him.

Payton, a 7-year-old black Labrador retriever, and 4-year-old Chase, also a black Lab, were shot and killed after a SWAT team mistakenly raided the mayor’s home while searching for drugs. Police shot Payton four times. Chase was shot twice, once from behind as he ran away. “My government blew through my doors and killed my dogs.
.......
recalls Mayor Cheye Calvo, who described being handcuffed and interrogated for hours—wearing only underwear and socks—surrounded by the dogs’ carcasses and pools of the dogs’ blood.

A Missouri SWAT team raided a family home, killing a 4-year-old pit bull Kiya.
The SWAT raid .. was intended “to check if [the] home had electricity and natural gas service.”

In 1 out of 5 cases involving police shooting a family pet, a child was either in the police line of fire or in the immediate area of a shooting. For instance, a 4-year-old girl was accidentally shot in the leg after a police officer opened fire on a dog running towards him, missed and hit the little girl instead.

Dogs shot and killed by police have been “guilty” of nothing more ...than wagging their tails, barking in greeting, or merely being in their own yard.

-----------------
https://www.thenation.com/article/police-kill-nearly-25-dogs-each-day/

In December 2006, 12-year-old K. Harris was in the backyard of her Hartford, Connecticut, home. She was spending some time with her best friend: her dog, Seven, a St. Bernard. Then two police officers entered the property without a warrant.

Police, [supposedly] investigating the erroneous tip, had entered the property—without a warrant—where the dog and her owner had been playing in the backyard, causing the dog to give chase

One officer ran clear off the property, but the other, for whatever reason, felt it was necessary to turn and shoot the dog—not just once, but several times.

K. heard the shots as she was running to the front of the house. When she got there, the officer stood over the immobilized and whimpering dog. K. pleaded with him not to shoot again. But the fatal bullet was delivered.

[If you love dogs like I do this scene of a loving dog protecting his owner being shot by a cowardly piece of horsradish, as it lay whimpering on the ground with a 12 year girl pleading for his life, makes you sick to your stomach]

When Seven was killed, K. was devastated—depressed, suicidal, haunted by PTSD. Her father, Glen Harris, was her rock. Not only did he care for her physically and emotionally, but he set out on a bold legal course to unleash the power of the law. He sued the town and the police for infringement of their Fourth Amendment rights against illegal search and seizure (pets are considered chattel, or property, and there is no recourse beyond small-damages claims). Glen has put his savings on the line to pursue justice in the name of his daughter and his dog, in a time and place where justice is in short supply. [and MY Police State RULES]

not content with spying on you through your phone, tablet, PC and TV your actions and movements and actions are monitored without your consent.

Dogs shot and killed by police have been “guilty” of nothing more ...than wagging their tails, barking in greeting, or merely being in their own yard.

https://www.thenation.com/article/police-kill-nearly-25-dogs-each-day/

This is just horrifying, we love our dogs and our dogs love us for we are their protectors. We live in New Hampshire a conceal state, And we live in the Great White North and no one messes with no one as someone may be packing heat. Am I?

Orwell’s dystopian vision, first published 70 years ago this June, was informed by the fascist and communist movements that triggered worldwide military conflict and the deaths of millions of people during the mid-20th century. But Orwell’s warning went well beyond the wars we knew. It cautioned, noted Erich Fromm in an afterword in the 1961 edition, against the loss of humanity and free thought, and the new, increasingly centralized “managerial industrialism, in which man builds machines which act like men and develops men who act like machines.” It showed how that could be used as a tool of totalitarian ambitions."

You'd think they would have a brain. But of course not.
Who in their right mind would buy security cameras from China? - a brutal totalitarian state?
Why your govt of course!!

Save a penny lose your soul.

Chinese-made cameras installed both within and without "secure facilities" to record moves, actions, voices, documents - and guess what you paid them!

------------ government intelligence - an oxymoron --

"ederal agencies are rushing to meet a deadline to rip out Chinese made surveillance cameras in order to comply with a congressional ban, but as Bloomberg reports, the task isn’t quite as easy as it seems: thousands of the devices are still in place and it’s looking as though most won’t be removed before the August 13 deadline. A complicated supply chain is making it difficult for authorities to understand whether security cameras are actually made in China or contain components that would violate US rules.

The National Defense Authorization Act included an amendment for fiscal 2019 that would ensure federal agencies don’t purchase Chinese made surveillance cameras. Zhejiang Dahua Technology and Hikvision are two companies named specifically because they have both raised security concerns in the US. Hikvision is 42% controlled by the Chinese government and Dahua was found in 2017 to have cameras with software backdoors that allowed unauthorized people to view them and send information back to China.

Despite Dahua saying they fixed the issue, the US government is still considering imposing further restrictions by banning both companies from purchasing American technology.

Representative Vicky Hartzler, a Republican from Missouri said: “Video surveillance and security equipment sold by Chinese companies exposes the U.S. government to significant vulnerabilities. Removing the cameras will ensure that China cannot create a video surveillance network within federal agencies.”

Speakers in your home are listening to and recording everything.

Your sex, your organsims or not, your private and initimate conversations -everything.

When companies are caught-out making and recording illegally - they always have some excuses
--oh well just use it for training, but we didn't record it
-well ok we did record it but we didn't keep the recording
-well ok we did keep it but we store it confidently
-well ok we are actually had our database hacked and being too f,,king lazy we didn't bother to encrypt it but the breach was limited to just a few
-well ok it was the entire thing and is being sold on the darknet.
etc, etc.

Until a rapacious class-action lawsuit lawyer nails them (are you listening LAWYErS out there? - millions are yours for the taking!!) they will only be white-washing senate hearings that the CEO use to promote themselves, laugh in your general direction and useless inept bought-and-paid for senators have some limelight time.

It keeps going and like a frog in slowly warming water you will be cooked. No civil rights for your kids, no constitution. nada.

---- the article ---------------

"Google Employees Eavesdropping On People Via 'Smart Speakers'

In April we reported that thousands of Amazon contractors have been eavesdropping on customers who own the company's Alexa devices.

..despite repeatedly claiming that they don't eavesdrop, ... Dutch broadcaster VRT - [reports} that the recordings are happening whether or not the speakers are activated.

'VRT NWS was able to listen to more than a thousand excerpts recorded via Google Assistant. In these recordings we could clearly hear addresses and other sensitive information. This made it easy for us to find the people involved and confront them with the audio recordings. -'

I went through the thread.

It is staggering..

What is staggering?

1. the amount of abuse by the govt of the people.

2. the total apparent lack of interest in the thread

Except for a couple of nods.. (thanks guys).. there is apparent totally disinterest.

That is even more scary than the swiftly unfolding police state.

More and more police - state:

-------
there is a major push for so-called “red flag” gun laws at both the state and federal levels. These laws are the latest tool for gun control advocates to confiscate guns from people based upon only tips and suspicion. No crime has to be committed to trigger an investigation or confiscation.

red flag laws violate more than the 2nd Amendment, including:

you do share at least one thing in common: you both have unalienable rights. The right to face your accuser. The right to due process. The right to protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Every one of these rights are explicitly violated under red flag laws. (source)

The confiscated guns belong to his father. The son “had access” to them by living in the same house, but they are his father’s property. His father didn’t do anything wrong, but his property has been seized nonetheless.

reported seizing a .40-caliber handgun, a .22-caliber rifle,

So, two firearms. That’s what we’re talking about. And, the rifle takes the smallest rounds possible. It’s the kind of round you use plinking or to shoot squirrels or small pests. Who doesn’t have this stuff kicking around?

This morning, I read some blogs from finviz

China thinking of imposing martial law against Hong Kong
Comments on Dudley's op=-ed
college students on "in god we trust"

Last night a friend asked if he could ask me my thoughts on religion. (I'm all for it)

My whole life I have studied trends and there unfoldment. Charts of stocks have thought me how to see there projection.

From a larger view I can see the ugly projection of trends.

One might ask how can removing "In God we trust" from currency be harmful? Well it can.

It is hard to explain quickly, here, and because I must get to my work I don't have the time to do so. But for those who think combine:

China outlawed religion
China did Tiananmen square
China paid Google to help find those pushing for democracy and free speech to put them in jail
China has started mass surveillance and politically correctness social scores
China has reacted violently to Hong Kong's protesters who are against extradition to mainland China on a whim

There are a few other elements put I do not want to post them as I believe My Police State is forming much more quickly a surely than most believe.

Question to readers: Why do you think the govt has repeatedly failed to prosecute companies of driver-less cars and is pushing to fast track it?

Leave your answers here - in the the thread MY POLICE STATE

Here is an example of total hokum

The Chinese govt deeply and strongly embraces MY Police State
over and over again they have shown that total Orwellian control is there aim

in the article below the words "push back" are grandiosely included.

Here is the American brainwashing at its penultimate.
Push-back ===> bullshit

Many years in a Chinese Gulag awaits...

So why this article?
So "they" can falesly show there are both sides.

So why this bullsht?

Well it shows "average" American there are (voiceless) voices on both sides.

Toad in the luke warm water - we are cooking you.
Wake up when you are cooked- and your children, and your grandchildren..

Go to sleep,,, --- deep sleeeep.. all it weell...nothing to see here.. you are in good hands.. perhaps not Allstate .. but govt hands. so soft and gentle... sleep my liittle sheepllets..sleep.

New Zealand gun confiscation:

"This despite the fact that the shooter himself said in his own manifesto that provoking mass gunfiscation was one of his intended goals. Mission accomplished.

Since the buyback scheme began, 19,000 firearms have been handed in. Most of the guns seen being handed in looked like ordinary rifles, not AR-15s.

Pay Attention America!

Six months after Christchurch massacre, a farewell to firearms in New Zealand

If New Zealanders fail to turn in their banned weapons by Dec. 20, they could face 5yrs in prison.

This is gun confiscation and confiscation is what Democrats want in America! pic.twitter.com/CnYUonxMB5
— Amy Mek (@AmyMek) September 17, 2019

Inspector Terry Van Dillen said he “accepted” that some people would be emotional giving up their guns due to them having been handed down by families for generations.

I’m sure any potential future mass shooters are gleefully handing in their firearms to police as I write this.

New Zealand’s gang members even publicly announced they would refuse to hand in any of the “banned” firearms.

Disarming responsible people and making them easier targets for actual criminals.

Genius idea."

The Chinese company, founded in 1987, was built on stolen Cisco Systems technology,
https://blogs.cisco.com/news/huawei-and-ciscos-source-code-correcting-the-record
and from all indications has never stopped stealing. Why should we pay China for technology it criminally took — and is still taking — from us?

More fundamentally, why should we have any contact with Huawei? Trump's instincts are to cut off all dealings. "We are not going to do business with Huawei," the president said on August 9, "It's much simpler not doing any business with Huawei."

After all, why should President Trump allow our companies to help Beijing steal the world's data and remotely control devices connected to the internet?

"For China, trade with the United States is viewed as a bonanza to acquire — steal — American technology and bilk our people out of hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of jobs. Any compromise with Beijing would, in the long-run, be to America's disadvantage."

As you know this brutal totalitarian state is a model for spying.

They have implanted spy devices in security cameras in American "secure facilities", listening devices in our smartphones and tiny chips on boards used in defense industry equipment - minor stuff like missile defense etc. Huawei has spy tech in the G5 equipment and American companies are selling their soul to increase profits.

Giggle (speeling error :-)

In February, U.S. cybersecurity analysts determined China has already breached a 2015 cybersecurity pact between former U.S. President Barrack Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping. As recently as August, China has been suspected in cyberattacks on at least 17 U.S. utility companies.
---
In January, U.S. officials have announced criminal charges against the Chinese technology company Huawei over U.S. technology theft. In May, the Trump administration issued an executive order blocking Huawei from doing business in the U.S. as an effort to protect sensitive U.S. technology.

The UNpatriotic Act, allows abduction and holding of people without trial, lack of legal representation, and incarceration of any company that says the Secret Police have come and taken records on you. It is a crime to tell you that your records have been "illegally "taken by the Secret Police and a crime to refuse to release your personal records.

Your Orwellian future is here and every move you take, what you watch, what internet site you view, where you go and when, wait you buy -everything is recorded. Your Privacy is Your Delusion.

-----------
"
Congress could have voted to separate the Patriot Act extension from the funding bill, as suggested by Rep. Justin Amash, but that didn’t fly. Instead as journalist Norman Solomon writes for Salon, “The cave-in was another bow to normalizing the U.S. government’s mass surveillance powers.”

....

The Patriot Act drove a stake through the heart of the Bill of Rights, violating at least six of the ten original amendments—the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Amendments—and possibly the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well.

The Patriot Act also redefined terrorism so broadly that many non-terrorist political activities such as protest marches, demonstrations and civil disobedience are now considered potential terrorist acts, thereby rendering anyone desiring to engage in protected First Amendment expressive activities as suspects of the surveillance state.

The Patriot Act justified broader domestic surveillance, the logic being that if government agents knew more about each American, they could distinguish the terrorists from law-abiding citizens—no doubt a reflexive impulse shared by small-town police and federal agents alike.

Federal agents and police officers are now authorized to conduct covert black bag “sneak-and-peak” searches of homes and offices while you are away and confiscate your personal property without first notifying you of their intent or their presence.

The law also granted the FBI the right to come to your place of employment, demand your personal records and question your supervisors and fellow employees, all without notifying you; allowed the government access to your medical records, school records and practically every personal record about you; and allowed the government to secretly demand to see records of books or magazines you’ve checked out in any public library and Internet sites you’ve visited (at least 545 libraries received such demands in the first year following passage of the Patriot Act).

..government officials are now permitted to monitor religious and political institutions with no suspicion of criminal wrongdoing; prosecute librarians or keepers of any other records if they tell anyone that the government has subpoenaed information related to a terror investigation; monitor conversations between attorneys and clients; search and seize Americans’ papers and effects without showing probable cause; and jail Americans indefinitely without a trial, among other things.

The federal government also made liberal use of its new powers, especially through the use (and abuse) of the nefarious national security letters, which allow the FBI to demand personal customer records from Internet Service Providers, financial institutions and credit companies at the mere say-so of the government agent in charge of a local FBI office and without prior court approval.

In fact, since 9/11, we’ve been spied on by surveillance cameras, eavesdropped on by government agents, had our belongings searched, our phones tapped, our mail opened, our email monitored, our opinions questioned, our purchases scrutinized (under the USA Patriot Act, banks are required to analyze your transactions for any patterns that raise suspicion and to see if you are connected to any objectionable people), and our activities watched.

We’re also being subjected to invasive patdowns and whole-body scans of our persons and seizures of our electronic devices in the nation’s airports. We can’t even purchase certain cold medicines at the pharmacy anymore without it being reported to the government and our names being placed on a watch list.

It’s only getting worse, folks.

Largely due to the continuous noise from television news’ talking heads, most Americans have been lulled into thinking that the pressing issues are voting in the next election, but the real issue is simply this: the freedoms in the Bill of Rights are being eviscerated.

The Constitution has been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded to such an extent that what we are left with today is but a shadow of the robust document adopted more than two centuries ago. Most of the damage has been inflicted upon the Bill of Rights—the first ten amendments to the Constitution—which historically served as the bulwark from government abuse.

Set against a backdrop of government surveillance, militarized police, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, eminent domain, overcriminalization, armed surveillance drones, whole body scanners, stop and frisk searches and the like—all sanctioned by Congress, the White House and the courts—a recitation of the Bill of Rights would understandably sound more like a eulogy to freedoms lost than an affirmation of rights we truly possess.

We can pretend that the Constitution, which was written to hold the government accountable, is still our governing document.
However, the reality we must come to terms with is that in the America we live in today, the government does whatever it wants,...

What once were considered inalienable, fundamental “rights” are now mere privileges to be taken away on a government bureaucrat’s say-so.

To those who have been paying attention, this should come as no real surprise.

.. the Constitution has been on life support for some time now, and is drawing its final breaths.

..the McCarthy era and the wiretapping of Martin Luther King Jr. and others illustrates, the government’s amassing of power, especially in relation to its ability to spy on Americans, predates the passage of the Patriot Act in 2001.

.. the American people have become the proverbial boiling frogs, so desensitized to the government’s steady encroachments on their rights that civil liberties abuses have become par for the course.

.. government agencies are allowed to make a mockery of the very laws intended to limit their reach, curtail their activities, and guard against the very abuses to which we are being subjected on a daily basis

our individual freedoms will continue to be eviscerated so that the government’s powers can be expanded, the Constitution be damned."

Tazewell County has formed an official active militia as per the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
-----------
At the same time militias are forming, there’s also a bill to make them illegal. SB64
"3. Assembles with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group of persons by drilling, parading, or marching with any firearm, any explosive or incendiary device, or any components or combination thereof."
§ 18.2-433.2. Paramilitary activity prohibited; penalty.
There could hardly be anything more unconstitutional than SB64.

summary:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Our guiding doctrines are the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. At this point, everything the laughable Virginia Congress is proposing is an affront to the principles upon which this nation was founded.

Another reminder – this is the pledge these legislators swore:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge all the duties incumbent upon me as ………. according to the best of my ability, (so help me God).” (source)

Every person in the government who has sworn this oath yet supports these unconstitutional bills should be immediately recalled and possibly even tried criminally to set an example that we will no longer tolerate the systematic dismantling of our rights.

There’s an anti-paramilitary bill that would disallow armed people to gather or teach others how to use firearms

There’s a bill that would make semi-automatic weapons illegal.

Nearly the entire state (aside from the highly populated areas that elected these yahoos) has balked and formed Second Amendment sanctuaries.

A legislator threatened the sanctuaries with the National Guard.

The sanctuaries responded by activating an organized militia.

So, all of the evidence we’re finding is clearly evidence that the Russians were not in fact hacking; it was probably our own people.

It’s very hard for us to get this kind of information out. The mainstream media won’t cover it; none of them will. It’s very hard. We get some bloggers to do that and some radio shows.

Also, I put all of this into a sworn affidavit in the Roger Stone case.

I did that because all of the attack on him was predicated on him being connected with this Russian hack which was false to being with. All the evidence we’re accumulating clearly says and implies, the US government — namely the FBI, CIA, the DOJ, and of course State Department — all these people involved in this hack, bought a dossier and all of the information going forward to the FISA court.

All of them knew that this was a fake from the very beginning, because this Guccifer 2.0 character was fabricating it. They were using him plus the Internet Research Agency [IRA]

...They basically were chastised by the judge for fabricating a charge against this company.

...the entire Rosenstein indictment is also a fabrication and a fake and a fraud for the same reasons. The judges seem to be involved in trying to keep this information out of the public domain.

an extensive shadow government here at work, trying to keep the understanding and knowledge of what’s really happening away from the public of the United States. That’s the really bad part. And the mainstream media is a participant in this; they’re culpable.

I found this article - tracking students - so disgusting I'll just put it here.
It is incredible that:
1. students are required to have a phone
2. are not allowed to leave it at home
3. have their washroom breaks monitored
4. their location and movements tracked
-- all without their consent.
5. have scholarship funding pulled if they refuse to comply

To see the depths that Big Brother must reach to justify itself
-- avoiding the cafeteria could point to eating disorder -- KA PLease!!!

Maybe the student knows enough to bring his own food - eat fresh fruit and veg reduced cooking and higher nutrition

What if a student studies from home - do you HAVE to STUDY in the LIBRARY with bad air, ugly eye-damaging florescent lighting - instead of outside in the fresh air with some friends? Do I have to study - when you tell me and where you tell me..

The whole article is so GROTESQUE I could go on and on. but as no one seems to care about individual rights, individual tough and so on...

Colleges Track Hundreds Of Thousands Of Students Using Their Phones

"Graduates will be well prepared … to embrace 24/7 government tracking and social credit systems."

An app created to track the attendance of 'less academically inclined' college athletes is under fire, after over 40 schools have begun using the technology to monitor students campus-wide, according to the Washington Post.
Syracuse professor Jeff Rubin says his lectures have never been so full

Developed by former college basketball coach Rick Carter (who is currently under a restraining order by DePaul University for allegedly threatening the athletic director and head basketball coach), the Chicago-based SpotterEDU app uses Bluetooth beacons to ping a student's smartphone once they enter a lecture hall. About the size of a deck of cards, they are installed in covert locations on walls and ceilings.

School officials give SpotterEDU the students’ full schedules, and the system can email a professor or adviser automatically if a student skips class or walks in more than two minutes late. The app records a full timeline of the students’ presence so advisers can see whether they left early or stepped out for a break. -Washington Post

Syracuse University IT instructor Jeff Rubin uses the app to encourage his students to attend lectures - awarding "attendance points" to those who show up. Rubin is also notified when students skip classes.

"They want those points," said Rubin. "They know I’m watching and acting on it. So, behaviorally, they change."

According to Rubin, his 340-student lecture has never been so full at around 90% attendance.

Double Secret Dystopia

Understandably, not everyone is thrilled with the intrusive new technology, which many argue breaches students' privacy rights on a massive scale.

"We’re adults. Do we really need to be tracked?" said sophomore Robby Pfeifer, a student at Commonwealth University in Richmond, which recently began using the campus' WiFi network to track students. "Why is this necessary? How does this benefit us? … And is it just going to keep progressing until we’re micromanaged every second of the day?"

School and company officials, on the other hand, argue that monitoring students is a powerful motivator and will encourage students to adopt habits geared towards success.

"If they know more about where students are going, they argue, they can intervene before problems arise," according to the Post.

That said, some schools have taken things further - assigning "risk scores" to students based on factors such as whether they are going to the library enough.

The dream of some administrators is a university where every student is a model student, adhering to disciplined patterns of behavior that are intimately quantified, surveilled and analyzed.

But some educators say this move toward heightened educational vigilance threatens to undermine students’ independence and prevents them from pursuing interests beyond the classroom because they feel they might be watched.

“These administrators have made a justification for surveilling a student population because it serves their interests, in terms of the scholarships that come out of their budget, the reputation of their programs, the statistics for the school,” said Kyle M. L. Jones, an Indiana University assistant professor who researches student privacy.

“What’s to say that the institution doesn’t change their eye of surveillance and start focusing on minority populations, or anyone else?” he added. Students “should have all the rights, responsibilities and privileges that an adult has. So why do we treat them so differently?” -Washington Post

"It embodies a very cynical view of education — that it’s something we need to enforce on students, almost against their will," said UCSD digital scholarship librarian Erin Rose Glass. "We’re reinforcing this sense of powerlessness … when we could be asking harder questions, like: Why are we creating institutions where students don’t want to show up?"

Hilariously, creators of the dystopian surveillance app have tried to make things 'more fun,' by 'gamifying students' schedules with colorful Bitmoji or digital multiday streaks.'

That said, "the real value may be for school officials, who Carter said can split students into groups, such as “students of color” or “out-of-state students,” for further review."

When asked why an official would want to segregate out data on students of color, Carter said many colleges already do so, looking for patterns in academic retention and performance, adding that it “can provide important data for retention. Even the first few months of recorded data on class attendance and performance can help predict how likely a group of students is to” stay enrolled.

Students’ attendance and tardiness are scored into a point system that some professors use for grading, Carter said, and schools can use the data to “take action” against truant students, such as grabbing back scholarship funds. -Washington Post

Meanwhile, another app from Austin-based start-up Degree Analytics uses WiFi check-ins to track around 200,000 students across 19 state universities, private colleges and other schools, according to the Post.

Founded in 2017 by data scientist Aaron Benz, the company claims that every student can graduate with "a proper environment and perhaps a few nudges along the way."

According to Benz, his system can solve "a real lack of understanding about the student experience" by using campus WiFi data to measure and analyze 98% of students.

But the company also claims to see much more than just attendance. By logging the time a student spends in different parts of the campus, Benz said, his team has found a way to identify signs of personal anguish: A student avoiding the cafeteria might suffer from food insecurity or an eating disorder; a student skipping class might be grievously depressed. The data isn’t conclusive, Benz said, but it can “shine a light on where people can investigate, so students don’t slip through the cracks.”

To help find these students, he said, his team designed algorithms to look for patterns in a student’s “behavioral state” and automatically flag when their habits change. He calls it scaffolding — a temporary support used to build up a student, removed when they can stand on their own.

At a Silicon Valley summit in April, Benz outlined a recent real-life case: that of Student ID 106033, a depressed and “extremely isolated” student he called Sasha whom the system had flagged as “highly at-risk” because she only left her dorm to eat. “At every school, there are lots of Sashas,” he said. “And the bigger you are, the more Sashas that you have.” -Washington Post

"As Bloomberg notes, privacy and oversight groups have expressed concern that the government has other, faster ways of verifying migrant identities that won’t create a massive database that could be used to target innocent individuals for surveillance.

Remember, it's for your own security; and besides, if you have done nothing wrong, what have you got to fear from providing the government with your DNA?

As a reminder, DHS already expects to have face, fingerprint, and iris scans of at least 259 million people in its biometrics database by 2022.

The Orwellian police state is upon us, but don’t expect it to improve at all. In fact, as George Orwell said: “If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face – forever.”

11.2 Million 5G IoT Surveillance Cameras by 2022 and 49 Million Units for Connected Cars by 2023

Telecom Industry has provided NO scientific evidence that 5G is safe
https://www.blumenthal.senate.gov/newsroom/press/release/at-senate-commerce-hearing-blumenthal-raises-concerns-on-5g-wireless-technologys-potential-health-risks
and many doctors and scientists say it isn’t (see 1, 2, 3, 4)?

Companies state that these 4G and 5G antennas will increase the wireless radiation levels in the area so much that they are working to loosen several governments’ radiation limits in order to roll it out. More than 240 scientists published an appeal to the United Nations to reduce public exposure and called for a moratorium on 5G citing “established” adverse biological effects of RF radiation.

2019 Hippocrates Electrosmog Appeal of Belgium

The Appeal has been signed by over 347 medical doctors, nurses and health professionals in Belgium.
“Faced with the massive and reckless deployment of wireless technologies, we health professionals are asking the government to apply the precautionary principle in order to protect the population and more particularly the most vulnerable groups, including pregnant women. and the children.”
Read the “Hippocrates Electrosmog Appeal of Belgium”

2019 Position Paper of the Pancyprian Medical Association and Cyprus National Committee on the Environment and Child Health.

The Pancyprian Medical Association and Cyprus National Committee on the Environment and Child Health position paper on 5G is entitled “The Risks to Public Health from the Use of the 5G Network” and was sent to the Cyprus Parliamentary Committees on Environment and Health. The position paper is based on the historic Nicosia Declaration of 2017.
The position paper emphasizes the lack of safety studies, the increase in exposure and the potential interactions of the network with other telecommunication networks. The paper also highlights the lack of a reliable method to measure the radiation levels in real world situations- an issue that was raised in the 2019 European Parliament Report “5G Deployment State of Play in Europe, USA and Asia”which states that, “ the problem is that currently it is not possible to accurately simulate or measure 5G emissions in the real world.”

The White House has good reason to question the official story as expert virologist Dr. James Lyons-Weiler of the Institute for Pure and Applied Knowledge, showed and explained how the coronavirus' genetic sequence - which has been publicly released by China - contains a unique "middle fragment" encoding a SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) spike protein that appears, according to his genomic analysis, to have been inserted into the 2019-nCoV virus using "pShuttle" technology. This technique can only be done in a lab, as it has never occurred naturally in nature.

One of China's top virology and immunology experts was and still works at China's top-rated biohazard lab, the Wuhan Institute of Virology. China's only top, level-4 biohazard lab, which was studying "the world's most dangerous pathogens."

He was genetically engineering various immune pathways (such as the STING pathway in bats) to make the bats more or less susceptible to infection, in the process potentially creating a highly resistant mutant superbug.
As part of his studies, Peng also researched mutant Coronavirus strains that overcame the natural immunity of some bats; these are "superbug" Coronavirus strains, which are not resistant to any natural immune pathway, and now appear to be out in the wild.

The document warns of seven dangerous Western values, including media freedom and judicial independence. Teaching on any of the seven topics is forbidden.

The document was not made available to public by the Communist Party but in July 2013 was leaked by Chinese dissident journalist Gao Yu. Gao was sentenced to a seven-year imprisonment for "leaking state secrets".

A severe crackdown against human rights lawyers, media outlets, academics, and other such independent thinkers has followed the document's publication.

The document specifically addresses 7 "problems".

1. Promoting western constitutional democracy
2. Promoting “universal values”
3. Promoting civil society in that individual rights are paramount and ought to be immune to obstruction by the state.
4. Promoting Neoliberalism including economic liberalization, privatization, and marketization
5. Promoting the West’s idea of journalism
6. Promoting historical nihilism,
7. Questioning CPC "Reform and Opening"

Sadly, I would like to share with you
how the govt has attacked you and I.

Every move you make, every word you speak, every email you write and every book you read .... is recorded and held as a weapon against you.
against your freedom of thought
against your freedom of expression.

The absolute unspeakable horror outlined in 1984 has not only come to be fulfilled but in a more horrific and insidious way that even Orwell could foretell.

The slavery of mind is coming full-tilt while the masses are opaided and enslaved by the quiet mass media propaganda of the supra-rich elite.

And when Huwai owns G5 jail time and torture for independent thought -read "dissent thought" while here in USA or in China is rapidly upon us.

Your grandchildren, if not completely indoctrinated by the Police State while ask you why you did not complain but ran willingly to the arms of driver-less cars, cashless currency and complete complacency, though more likely they will turn you in for thought crimes and words against the great collective.

"resistance is futile" - the war cry of the behemoth.

It is hard for me to convey the deep horror and disgust I feel when re-reading the words of the png in the prior post.

The lunacy that everything AGAINST the constitution is encapsulated by the laughing jokeable title "Patriot Act", s hard to express.

Everything every soidier has fought (and died) for, everything people have marched for, fought and struggled for is wiped away by a never-should-have-been passed temporary - now permanent act.

So if you find yourself n a secret jail - whether n Chicago or elsewhere - without legal representation, right to a phone call, or exemption from torture -remember the silence that brought it into your reality.

But no matter how the Fed may try to “sell” the idea of utilizing Fedcoin in the future, Wenzel’s warning is pretty clear:

A Federal Reserve created digital coin could be one of the most dangerous steps ever taken by a government agency. It would put in the hands of the government the potential to create a digital currency with the ability to track all transactions in an economy—and prohibit transactions for any reason. In terms of future individual freedom, this would be a nightmare.

If the Federal Reserve wanted to outlaw cash, and your only choice was to use Fedcoin to make purchases, then your financial life would be tracked under their watchful eye.

“Not good” indeed.

This latest story (below) is indicative of the growth in power and influence of the Five Eyes intelligence sharing network, which can always expand to add the EU into its fold. This new system will be driven by expansive Silicon Valley cloud services and an array of artificial intelligence processing hubs which the Carnegie Endowment recently described as:

“A growing number of states are deploying advanced AI surveillance tools to monitor, track, and surveil citizens to accomplish a range of policy objectives - some lawful, others that violate human rights, and many of which fall into a murky middle ground.”

Now however, there are many things that have never happened before.
6T in stimulus 4T Fed 2T congress
repo stimulus now ongoing at 1T

The disruption of the supply chains by the govts around the world has not been done before. Though the number of annual flu deaths usually quoted is a high number(made by models eg 8,000 per year in Canada) I researched this and found that any death in the winter - shoveling snow and you get a heart attack - is counted by the computer model as a flu death.

There is a lot of unlogic going around. For example they want people to keep 6ft from each other- why? Well presumably because the flu is airborne as well as spread by contact -either direct or by surfaces touched by others. So to reduce the spread you would ask everyone to wear a mask and gloves when in a store or public place.

But they (the govt) don't, why not?

You don't know if you have it or are a carrier for 24 days. So everyone out of courtesy could wear a mask and gloves.

If could be that their is a plan to create enough fear that they can implement a police state:
-no cash - govt can lock your account at anytime (even China hacking USA, Europe with 5G)
-no freedom of movement
- bitcoin declared illegal and govt block hashtag transmissions
-your Internet if control and only PC correct stuff is allowed and violators are cut off (machine IDs)
- martial law
- no group gatherings or protests allowed

The govt has so much power - mass surveillance -facial ID, voice ID, local police forces with military armoured machine gun vehicles, sonic disruptors, microwave guns, etc. it is very hard to see how an uprising against abuse could be successful.

The current implementation is not logical.

They could instead have:
  • closed borders earlier
  • forced quarantine for all returning from the epicenter
  • made air sterilizers and put them in work places
  • required people to wear gloves and masks

The closures are reactive and unplanned.

The FED & fiscal stimulus plans are more for the banks and badly managed big businesses rich CEO at the 1 %.

You could have not done that and sent the 4T to the people
330 million * 90% =297mllion, (4000/297=$13,400 checks per person in the bottom 90%)

Surely COVID-19 was the impetus, but government proclamations were the instrument. And that instrument can be wielded in the future regardless if there is an actual threat or enemy if we do not learn how to restrain government overreach.

We are told that we cannot hunt for food, attend funerals for those who are not of our immediate family, attend church, peacefully assemble, purchase clothing, work in some of our chosen occupations, visit public parks and forests, visit our dentist or doctor for needed but not emergency health care, travel outside our areas of residence, and in other states be outside our homes past 9:00 p.m. If we do so we are subject to arbitrary restrictions under threat of arrest. Presumably this was partially due to shortages of masks and the transmission potential of viruses. Health care workers are permitted to attend to COVID-19 patients, is there any reason we cannot live a lifestyle of our own choosing if we all instead simply adorned ourselves with N95 masks when in the public arena or at work?

I find it difficult to believe that the Courts here would not frown upon the governor and state agencies claiming a legitimate state interest in curtailing liberty as we have seen recently had each of us had the universal ability to wear masks and go about our lives as we did previously. Had hospitals not failed to adequately stock their warehouses with PPE supplies such as masks and other sundries and not relied on the economics of “Just in Time” supply chain strategies the state could not fully justify the mandate for dental offices and basic health care providers to cut services on the rubric of masks being in short supply.

How could the state also justify restricting the public’s right to assemble in public, keep their shops open, or engage in their chosen profession when we each have masks that would make transmission of disease negligible? The Courts do not view the power of government to restrain freedom during an emergency as absolute.

Rather than punishing society and coercing us under penalty of arrest through proclamations of emergency, we should instead demand that we be accomodated to protect our liberty by allowing us or giving each household a supply of protective masks and gloves.

We might actually save more lives than we are by treating the symptoms of disease at the expense of jobs and freedom.

Perhaps we should go from politicians promising a chicken in every pot, to a box of N95 masks in every medicine cabinet. It would actually be much cheaper in the end than wrecking our economy and our livelihoods.

https://jonathanturley.org/2020/04/05/if-every-citizen-had-n95-masks-would-government-be-justified-in-locking-down-the-population-next-time/

"Another strange phenomenon, we have had reports that Google Android is blocking the sharing of this information via SMS via "WARNING-THIS LINK MAY CONTAIN MALWARE" crap. Emails with this content go to junk or ARE NOT DELIVERED. Android is run by Google, Email services are run 80% by Microsoft or Google. Between Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, ATT, Amazon, and a few tier 2 players, they completely control 99% of information. This has been going on for months but the post on StockTwits about MRNA is beyond coincidence. StockTwits is not to blame, it's probably an algorithmic service provided by Microsoft or Google. There are so many ways these companies are monitoring us people just don't understand.

For example, as a side anecdote - recently I rented a taxi (Uber not available where I was) and the driver was using Google Maps.

It kept redirecting us down dirt roads and he would start swearing "My boss is going to fire me, I need this job" and then would lose GPS signal. I asked about if he remembered the days of free standing GPS units and users would buy maps of regions.. he shrugged and said now everyone using Google.

They literally know where you are at all times. They know what you eat for breakfast. Is that a good thing? Well it depends, do you like being injected with a human abortion cocktail? Do you like 5g frying your brain like an egg?"

Here’s how Dr. John Thomas Littell, MD, who is President of the County Medical Society, and Chief of Staff at the Florida Hospital, summed it up in a letter to the editor of the Orlando Medical News, He said:

“Why did we as a society stop sending our children to schools and camps and sports activities? Why did we stop going to work and church and public parks and beaches? Why did we insist that healthy persons “stay at home” – rather than observing the evidence-based, medically prudent method of identifying those who were sick and isolating them from the rest of the population – advising the sick to “stay at home” and allowing the rest of society to function normally.”

(“Second wave? Not even close”, JB Handley, The Off-Guardian)

Why? Because we were misled by Doctor Fauci and the Vaccine Gestapo, that’s why. In contrast, Sweden shrugged off the dire predictions and fearmongering, and “got it right the first time.”

Hurrah for Sweden!

The reason Sweden has been so harshly criticized in the media is because they refused to do what everyone else was doing. They refused to adopt a policy that elites now universally support, a policy that scares people into cowering submission. The Swedish model is a threat to that approach because it allows people to maintain their personal freedom even in the midst of a global pandemic. Ruling class elites don’t want that, that is not in their interests. What they want is for the people to meekly accept the rules and conditions that lead to their eventual enslavement. That’s the real objective, complete social control, saving lives has nothing to do with it. Sweden opposed that approach which is why Sweden has to be destroyed. It’s that simple.

We decide what you shall watch.... Big Brother... kicks you in the groin....
-------------------

After .. Chinese scientist Dr. Li-Meng Yan was silenced by Twitter yesterday over her claims that the coronavirs was "created in a lab", Tucker Carlson had her on his show last night to try and give her message - which has been condemned as fraudulent by the press - a broader airing.

After telling Tucker and his audience that the CCP is trying to "disappear" her, Dr. Mong said SARS-CoV-2 was a "frankenvirus" designed to target humans, and that it was "intentionally released."

"It could never comes from nature," she said, at one point, referring to COVID-19. Of course, the mainstream press reports that there's no evidence to suggest that the virus was cooked up in a lab. They insist that science has established the "official story" (zoonotic transmission, the same route most deadly viruses attack humans), and that anything questioning that narrative is dangerous propaganda released by foreign adversaries and Trump-aligned media.

After Tucker's social media managers shared a clip from Tuesday night's show, however, Facebook immediately jumped on the censorship bandwagon, blocking the clip and imposing a label reading "false info"

source :https://www.zerohedge.com/political/facebook-censors-tucker-carlsons-interview-rogue-chinese-scientist
-------------------
Do you have the right to listen to both sides???
FB says "NO!"

You can hear what we - at the FB censorship board (aka big Brother) - approve of.

Bow and submit to the Deep Start --- "resistance is futile"

I came across this link about the plandemic in regards to the unfolding worldwide police state

interestingly the twiter.com link above doesn't show!???

It is from another link about the financial reset theory.

I went to the youtube link shown for the full interview and it has been removed by the Google censors.

The amount of censorship unless you are bahh...ing along the sheeple induced song of the mass propoganda is frightening.

There should be dissenting voices allowed. We are adults and we can filter out credible from not -we don't need censors.

I have seen so much yuhan flu trash and ludicrousness fro MSM than it is applauding. Is no-one thinking for themselves anymore??

Even if you don't agree with the dissenting voice you don't need to bludgeon and knee-cap it.

The following is about lockdowns.
I would like to underline the obvious -
the obvious most likely missed by most.

think about the word... lockdowns..
Who uses that term?--- the PO-Lice.
let's call the lockdown the LD

Sweden didn't use the LD.
They are totally finished with the Yuhannnnnnnn-Flu

They didn't go for police state and fear-mongering.

They are done. They didn't suffer the destruction of the poor, the pain and hurt of isolation, a hospital and medical freeze on treatments, the destruction fo restaurants, movies theaters, and a social life.

People are social animals.

We don't do well without the person-to-person contract. It is tremenously important to peoples' health physical as well as mental.
  • You live longer if you have a mate than alone.
  • You live longer if you have a faith than none.
  • You live longer and better with close friends and love ones.

The po-lice do better if you are isolated, alone, fearful and lockdowned

--------from the WHO - oh Dr Zuess they do you wrong!---

World Health Organization is coming out against lockdowns. Dr David Nabarro, the WHO’s special envoy on COVID-19, says:

We really do appeal to all world leaders: stop using lockdown as your primary control method… We in the World Health Organization do not advocate lockdowns as the primary means of control of this virus. The only time we believe a lockdown is justified is to buy you time to reorganize, regroup, rebalance your resources, protect your health workers who are exhausted, but by and large, we’d rather not do it.
-------------------------------
"We destroyed the world’s greatest economy for no good reason."

Well maybe no good reason, but definitely with reason, it helps furthers the police state.

"They" have nothing good in store for you..

Here is a link to a financial poster about the looming crisis in the USA (below). As housing becomes more and more unaffordable more and more people are pushed into homelessness. It is an epidemic - but if it's you it happens to it is a terrifying nightmare.

Below are two snaps - one showing the minimum qualifying income to buy a home ($57 K) in the USA and the other the medium income ($35K).

Many people in finance do not realize the enormous amount of poverty and numbers of the poor in the USA. So why is this in My Police State? Because it is all part of a bigger picture of control. When you are poor and homeless will you say no to the Fedcoin and tracking? If you want food you will have to say yes.

When your children are crying of hunger will you cave? Naturally - you must.

You don't have enough for a gun to resist and if you did the vast number of police forces in the USA armed with military assault will cut you down before the rifle gets to your shoulder.

With poverty they control - no power -no voice.. The FED_PO-LICE crush you financially and then with arms as the banksters rub their hands in glee.

Dark days ahead.

"PSYOP can encourage popular discontent with the opposition's leadership and by combining persuasion with a credible threat, degrade an adversary's ability to conduct or sustain military operations. They can also disrupt, confuse, and protract the adversary's decision-making process, undermining command and control.[1] When properly employed, PSYOP have the potential to save the lives of friendly or enemy forces by reducing the adversary's will to fight. By lowering the adversary's morale and then its efficiency, PSYOP can also discourage aggressive actions by creating disaffection within their ranks, ultimately leading to surrender. "

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_operations_(United_States)

(I didn't know what PSyops were so I looked it up.)

there was I video I watched that mentioned it from Juice Media
https://www.youtube.com/user/thejuicemedia/videos

posted 1 day ago.
I found it interesting.
It was about Q anon.
I had to watch it twice to understand it.

(My summary was that the PSOYP was the deep state to get you to think you are taking action while in fact you are lumped into a single LARP - the resistance you think you are taking thinking is a PSOYP by the deep state to confuse and disintermediate you from effective collective action against the police state and through the confusion and leading you down the rabbit hole stopping effective action.)

"A live action role-playing (LARP)

a form of role-playing game where the participants physically portray their characters.[1] The players pursue goals within a fictional setting represented by the real world while interacting with each other in character. The outcome of player actions may be mediated by game rules or determined by consensus among players. Event arrangers called gamemasters decide the setting and rules to be used and facilitate play. "

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Live_action_role-playing_game

------ focusing on ------

Event arrangers called gamemasters decide the setting and rules to be used and facilitate play"

so the gamemasters are the deep state - creating a setting to make you think you are resisting the deep state when actually they are posting tweets etc pretending to be resistors and inside whistle-blowers - facilitating LARP play to run you in a circle.

"Government Advisers Suggest Giving Corona-Free Brits ‘Permission’ Wristbands
People without wristbands would be barred from venues & travel.

The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) produced a PDF report in which it praised the example of Slovakia, where 97% of people who the government wanted to test complied.

The figure was so high because health authorities told those who refused the test that they would continue to be subject to lockdown measures and curfews, while those who complied were given paper certificates allowing them to exercise their freedoms.

A similar system is now being considered for Brits who would “get back some freedoms if they test negative” while having to wear paper wristbands “for easier recognition on whether they can enter venues.”

Respondents to the idea dismissed it as “medical tyranny,” "

Lockdowns are an agenda to crush the economy and enforce the Agenda 2030 Great Reset.

As most students of the markets know, Martin Armstrong is a very credible source with a long standing history of accurate forecasting both economic and world affairs -including revolts and unrest.
------------------------------
From the video
min 29:47
"There are no influenza cases anymore - everything is co-vid"
..
" This is the same thing that Karl Marx did thinking he could change the entire economy, and this is what these lockdowns are about."

min 30:
no one in history has ever shutdown the economy, you quarantine the sick - not everybody.

They have been using the Coronavirus as the excuse to crush the economy.

Global marketing campaign from the marketing firm Edelman which is in partnership with Schwab [Mr. Reset - Agenda 2030]:
  • Trudeau (Canada) "Build back better"
  • Biden (USA) "Build back better"
  • Johnson (England) "Build back better"
  • (World Economic Forum) "Build back better"

"This is a global attempt"

Rather than having armed guards capture Jesus in a public place, government officials would have ordered that a SWAT team carry out a raid on Jesus and his followers, complete with flash-bang grenades and military equipment. There are upwards of 80,000 such SWAT team raids carried out every year, many on unsuspecting Americans who have no defense against such government invaders, even when such raids are done in error.

Instead of being detained by Roman guards, Jesus might have been made to “disappear” into a secret government detention center where he would have been interrogated, tortured and subjected to all manner of abuses. Chicago police have “disappeared” more than 7,000 people into a secret, off-the-books interrogation warehouse at Homan Square.

Lockdowns are an agenda to crush the economy and enforce the Agenda 2030 Great Reset.

If you bothered to pay attention to international news, you'd realize that Western countries have a relatively weak central government (bottom up approach) and one of the reasons why the quarantines failed spectacularly. Look at some countries like Australia, China, and Taiwan that have relatively strong central governments (top down approach) and notice how they handled the pandemic much better relatively speaking. A peacewise approach of letting local municipalities and states arbitrarily choose whether or not to quarantine or require masks is great for your individual liberties and freedoms, but a fantastic way to allow transmission of a bug that doesn't produce symptoms in the carriers rendering quarantines moot. The latter countries had strict procedures designed to halt the spread of the bug and by golly it worked! Rather than an agenda to crush the economy, it's more likely than not poor planning and lack of coordination between many levels of government.

This is actually a wake up call that reveals one of the weaknesses of a bottom up approach and how biological warfare (though legally banned) is a particularly effective way of toppling western countries.

Quoting
Many people in finance do not realize the enormous amount of poverty and numbers of the poor in the USA. So why is this in My Police State? Because it is all part of a bigger picture of control. When you are poor and homeless will you say no to the Fedcoin and tracking? If you want food you will have to say yes.

It's ironic that there's a housing shortage and the pandemic (and technology in general) has promoted telecommuting, which means you could work in a place with a lower cost of living. It's also interesting if you look at California's history and realize that certain propositions like prop 13 that passed decades ago disincentivize the selling of homes, which artificially limit supply. This is done by limiting property tax reassessments as long as property "stays within the family" much to the chagrin of the big bad government. This last election had 2 attacks on prop 13, one of which succeeded and will over time increase the supply of houses by limiting the amount of property that can be passed down tax reassessment free. Then you dig deeper and you see that in California our big bad government has incentivized more home building by reducing the red tape around housing projects and changed zoning to allow multiple residences on single family parcels. WOW, the big bad government is trying to solve the problem!??!? What a concept. BUT WAHHH, it doesn't fit this narrative of evil power hungry government.

Let's weaken, crush and destroy what has taken many people a lifetime to build such as their small business. For what? A virus that has a 99.99% recovery rate. No, let's not!

Listen up all lockdown supporters!

You have your stay at home work capabilities. It SEEMS that you are happy with anything that increases your OWN personal chance of not getting this flu.

As long as you are ok, then you are very happy with these stupid measures.

When you deny another person to make ends meet or deny a landlord from collecting his rent it is called:

Theft.

That's right! Inslee, Newsom, Cuomo make policy (not legislators) that make it possible for people to be ROBBED of their livelihoods.

People's life energy and dedication wiped out and have their personal wealth transferred to those who the governors say can stay open.

As long as they don't steal from you, then you are happy.

If you don't understand any of this, I suggest that you go back to high school and have the math teacher explain to you law of probabilities.

It is unconscionable to burden the 99.99% because of the status of .01%.

Yes, do address their need! Don't destroy the lives of the healthy.

Kiss the life you have known goodbye.

Take the money you are earning and go out and give it to those who suffer due to the policies that you endorse!

Ps. It saddens me to see the beautiful state of Ca. to have a man at the helm that is crushing many many household's income. It's great for those that telecommute. No sweat off of their backs.

The bottom line is that adults will reap the consequences of their actions. Ca. residents will have to feel much more pain as a whole before they realize the current policies are not beneficial to the citizenry as a whole.

And if you stand behind your decision, then be willing to NOT have someone else bail YOU out!

This story reminds me of taking some selected individuals drivers licenses away for a period because .01 % of drivers were killed in a car accident.

What justification is there for governments picking winners and losers?

You may be of the select few that are spared, but don't assume that you will be spared forever. At that point you can reflect on your past beliefs and see if your thoughts were wise or not.

As we move deeper and deeper into My Police State - dissenting voices are quashed. Sadly mass media has firm control of the minds of the masses. No different that G Orwell's 1984, a classic book which I suggest all who haven't read it, to take the time and do so.

"Oh how I love Big Government! I love how there is not a tax they don't try to levy. I love that many of their employees can realize incomes, benefits and retirements that those who actually worked their butts off in the private sector will never enjoy yet had the privilege of funding via excessive taxation.

Don't you just love paying a measly $6000.00 for a building permit? Oh, you want to add a little change? Great! Now we can pay for new engineering and another permit. I am so glad to part with my hard earned money so I make make a small contribution to their office as they can't quite seem to ever have enough funds.

I love how smart state and federal governments are. They have this wonderful talent of spending money they don't have. Cool! Hey, that sounds just like the folks that run up their credit cards. They are smart too. Yes, we should put all our backing behind our state and federal governments (of course not that nasty, divisive, racist, riot inciting and treasonous soon to be ex-leader of the "free world"). They only have our best interest at heart. Why! They even give our friends free needles. And finally they are going to sock it to those phony hard working tax payers by letting the poor addicts be free from prosecution for harmless things like robbery, assault and rape. Because you know, their lot in life made it impossible for them not to do those things.

I most dearly love that our government can make decisions for everyone and they don't have to even use reason, statistics nor math. How cool is that? There is hope for me yet. I'm not very smart. Maybe, I can get a good position in government. I'd fit right in.

I'm so glad that they are going to punish wage earners, children and retirees with lockdowns, school closures and close misc. businesses because those people are the 99.99% who are not getting the corona. After all, I might be the .01% that would catch it and get feeling ill. I love that the government has MY personal best interest at heart. I will gladly cause undo duress upon the masses in order to keep me SAFE.

It tickles my heart that the police are manhandling Grandma next door because that evil woman had the audacity to step out into her front yard to pick her tomatoes and beans AND she was not wearing a mask! Heaven forbid!

I am so proud of Reagan. He lovingly said, "I'm from the government and I am here to help"! See! They have our best interest at heart and are so very virtuous.

I will sign off now, so I can ponder how wonderful it is to have such sound government these days!".

Not, not and more not til the cows come home.

The purge

We are living Orwell’s 1984. Free-speech no longer exists in America. It died with big tech and what’s left is only there for a chosen few.

Twitter bans accounts of
retired L.T. Gen. Michael Flynn and attorney
Ron
attorney Sidney Powell, as part of a crackdown on accounts engaging in 'harmful activity.'

As the purge accelerates, color us not so completely stunned that Google has just suspended Parler from its Play Store:

Apple is currently threatening to ban Parler -- the free speech alternative to Twitter

The ayatollah, and numerous other dictatorial regimes can have Twitter accounts with no issue despite threatening genocide to entire countries.

"In China, no dissent is allowed and one political party runs everything on a permanent basis.

When the United States was established, government was really the only major threat to free speech. In early America, corporations were severely limited in size and scope, and that is because our founders were determined not to let them get too big or too powerful.

n the old days, if you wanted to express yourself you could grab a soapbox and head down to a local street corner. The reason why we use the term “marketplace of ideas” today is because people literally used to gather in marketplaces and town squares and exchange ideas with one another.

In our time, the Internet has become the place where we all gather to exchange ideas, but unfortunately control of all of the most important gathering spaces is in the hands of a very small group of colossal tech corporations.

Parler will likely go offline for “a while” Sunday evening given Amazon Web Services’ decision to suspend the upstart social media platform

I was absolutely stunned when I heard that had happened.

These people are not playing games.

Cancel culture is not good for our society. If everyone with viewpoints that are not “politically correct” is eventually “canceled” we will have a society that looks a whole lot like communist China.

in the United States we are not supposed to silence opposing viewpoints that we do not like. Instead, we are supposed to strive for victory in the marketplace of ideas by showing that our viewpoints are better.

Unfortunately, the big tech companies have decided that millions of Americans should no longer be allowed to participate in the marketplace of ideas

Needless to say, if we stay on the path that we are currently on there is no future for America.

Without free speech, the system of government that our founders established simply won’t work.

In China, no dissent is allowed and one political party runs everything on a permanent basis.

America appears to be heading in the same direction, and there are millions of people in this country that are actually quite thrilled that this is happening."

There is only a remnant left of what the founding fathers strove for. Calling what we have left "a Banana Republic'' would not be far from the truth. When the fed was established, real freedom was given away by Wilson.

Speak now or forever you will hold your peace.

Yes.

Well the sad thing is that there is no more "speak now".
That is the thrust of Amazon canceling parler's web hosting.

The absurdities of MSM are gross abomination of truth.
Most people cannot parse the BS delivered to us.

The director of capital hill security was "suicided"
He might have spoke.
What might he have said?
Perhaps that he was instructed to open the door to let demonstrators into the capital building?
Now who might have told him that I wonder?

Where is the free speech?
Where the dissent voices?
the CPP would be proud.

I doubt they are really looking for "evidence"

Free speech is fundamental to democracy.

Also not suppressing evidence is fundamental to democracy - no truth - no democracy.

the NY post article was censored.

Bobulinski was censored.

All of the "free world" deserves to hear all voices without MSM censorship.

In censorship MSM can work by only allowing "accepted" stories
ones that are in line with the one party.

This is done in China. Only approved stories are allowed.

Non approved stories are not allowed.

Public debate in democracies should be encouraged.

Of course when an important story receives no coverage or debate by MSM then its has been "cancelled" by the censorship powers.

When you see an important news item that receives no coverage by the big four, nor any debate, you know if has been "cancelled"

cancelled by censorship board

The document warns of seven dangerous Western values, including media freedom and judicial independence. Teaching on any of the seven topics is forbidden.

The document was not made available to public by the Communist Party but in July 2013 was leaked by Chinese dissident journalist Gao Yu. Gao was sentenced to a seven-year imprisonment for "leaking state secrets".

How much of this has come true!
  • dismantling democracy
  • passing laws to cancel protests
  • jail sentences for the crime of journalism

MY POLICE STATE!

One doesn't need a crystal ball to have seen this all to unfold in USA
just being awake is enough.

Tactics which mirror communist China

If the C..CP wants to start a movement against a group of people a label by the media is enough to convict the group.

Even in China today, people are charged with inciting subversion just for having political opinions different from the central party

Similar C..CP tactics are found in USA - those had the same political opinions as those who commit crimes are grouped in the same label

17:50
"the essence is the same - you are guilty for your words and opinions"

"The judiciary system and due process is gone. The media [has taken] their place in convicting a huge group of people.

Once they are labelled the whole society while be mobilized to suppress this group of people ... and persecute them in their daily lives.
e.g.
get kicked off a plane
get fired by their own companies

---
18:22
judging people who commit the same crimes differently base on their political view is an idea which derived from communism
