I'll take a photo next time. Doesn't help that we have an equestrian centre up the road from us. My white Jack Russell comes back a black Jack Russell and last night she had the squirts probably from drinking dirty puddle water. She was lying on the bed and I could hear her intestines making squishing sounds so I just knew I would wake up this morning to a mushy poo package somewhere in the house. She's fine now.

Salts have arrived.

Vinegar.
Himalayan salt.
Epsom salts.
Sodium bicarb.
Potassium chloride.
ketone sticks.
Avian water and lemon juice getting on Saturday.

Then I start on the 28th. Going to take before and after picks. Wont stop until I see bricks.

Had an incident with a pack of chocolate digestives last night. Was scratching through the cupboard and noticed an unopened pack of choc digestives just sitting there. I managed to ignore them but my subconcious had taken note. Later, whilst watching a Netflix documentary, the memory of those unopened biscuits resurfaced. This is where it gets strange. I must have blacked out because the next thing I looked down and saw that I was holding an opened packet of biscuits, half the contents were gone as evidenced by the crumbs littered all around. The aftertaste of chocolate in my mouth led me to suspect that I had eaten them.

Note to self. When you see the wife putting the digestives into the trolley on saturday, carefully put them back in the shelf when she is not looking. The kids love them as treats but they are my kryptonite.

All systems are go. Final ingredients have been purchased. Thursday is D day.
Real lemons and Evian water (because of PH or something) with an emergency backup supply of real (fake) tesco lemon juice in a squeeze bottle.

Ive been thinking of all the things that could go wrong and all the things that could go right.

Things that could go wrong:
  1. I die.
  2. I drown because I faint in the water or something.
  3. I make an absolute tit of myself if I blackout and fall off the crosstrainer in spectacular fashion.
  4. Constipation
  5. Get in a bad mood and get snappy with family
  6. Loose muscle and strength

Things that could go right:
  1. Improved clarity of thought, things clear up. Like Im on NZT (from that movie) or something. This would have a positive collateral affect in other areas of my life.
  2. Improved blood pressure and circulation.
  3. Increased energy and motivation mentally and physically.
  4. I see my abs again.


Honestly though Im not really doing this with a goal in mind. I just want to see what happens because it sounds fuckin legit. If I notice improvement in anything I will let you know.
